OVER PRICED UNDER SIZED

Purchased DORA HIGH NECK SWEATER IN PLUM × 1
WINE / L received item XS and when tried to obtain the correct size I was told it was correct. I seen this jumper in a advertisment very oversized and was told it was correct sized. Provided measurments, photo and wanted return with tags, was told it was a sale item, it wasnt I just happen to be with Afterpay.False advertising and poor customer service not wanting to address the problem and rectify it. Will no purchase again didnt even return my money when I wanted to retunred unused item with tags. DO NOT TRUST THE SIZE YOU WILL BE SO DISAPPOINTED

I haven’t even received the bag I…

I haven’t even received the bag I ordered but am compelled to write a review now.
I purchased a bag from the Australian website on the 25th of October.
A week passed with no comms regarding tracking.
I emailed, no reply then a couple of days later an email came regarding tracking but with no tracking details?!
Today I received another email with my invoice - I thought hang on, I paid for this on the 25th but no, the $$$ came out 7 days after the purchase (I checked my bank)
Honestly the weirdest experience I’ve had when purchasing an item coming from Australia to NZ.
I’m hoping this is the end of the issues.

With a recipet now although at the beginning on my Mastercard was exact Amount $389. Via PayPal
A week later later on the statement was $400.67 Australian Got surprised
I won’t be purchasing any more from

Very good service !

Very good service !! I wanted to order the MIO toilet bag when it was 70% on sale, but when checking out it wasnt possible to ship it to Switzerland so i wrote them an email asking. When they replied back 2-3 days later the sale was over, they explained that there had been a problem on their site with shipping and they apologised and they were aware of the sale so they gave me a code with the same amount of discount. My bag arrived and I’m very happy about it !

Disappointing

The weaving on this dress is different to previous dresses I've bought from this label.
Within an hour of wearing the dress, I had at least 10 snags on the dress. It literally catches on everything and is almost impossible to wear.
It's a shame because the design is lovely and the weight of the dress is lighter than previous Cecilie dresses I've bought which I like as it's great for warmer weather.

As you mention, we have introduced new fabric blends for some of our items, and our dresses now come with different feels: more light and airy, or with a rather heavier feel. However, most of our core items are created with handloom weaving, which makes them quite delicate. Because of this, sometimes threads can be pulled out, but we take great care in ensuring the quality of our products.

We are disappointed that we did not meet your expectations on this occasion and would like to make it up to you.
