Buying process with yuta was transparent. Things were shipped to me in a reasonable price and item arrived in great condition without dents. Appreciate the effort to protect the goods even though a flatpack was used instead of a box. Also appreciate the bonus cards and pokemon tcg pack :) No hits there though sadly!
Excellent experience with SUMdex. Very fast delivery, around 3 business days. The package arrived perfectly packed and the products were in excellent condition. Top quality, professional and reliable service. We will definitely order from them again. Highly recommended!
Super happy with my last two orders from SUMdex (ONE PIECE & Pokémon 30th)!
Everything arrived in flawless condition and shipping took just 1–2 days from Japan to Korea. Their customer service is responsive, and the packaging is top-tier.
Will definitely be doing business with them again! 👏
