At this point ill rather just stick with suitsupply, at least there will ne transparency and communication and shipping expectations will be set. Every year prior to 2024 so 2017 -2023 was fantastic ill say. But much has gradually changed. No email communication unless you inquire and then it's about a week until they respond. " IN stock actually might not be in stock but pre selected for sale, so they posted for sale PRIOR to having in hand. So you are paying for speculation, then you are stuck waiting for it to be received by them, THEN, shipped to you. Items take a 3 weeks to month just to ship +10 days. So for custom takes 6-8 weeks plus + 10 is reaching a quater of a year for a suit maybe. Expedited shipping option is gone my guess is due to pre-election mentionedearlier. That's why I've never ordered custom i feel like ill be waiting 90 days with no updates. Perhaps that focus is what triggered the new customer experience. Much success to them hopefully they can get. Customer service, shipping, transparency and communication back together.

Price and quality are as amazing as the fit. Got a lot of compliments from the very first suitreview suit I purchased and now am not so slowly growing my collection. Best suits out there right now!

I ordered my suit, and it took 6 weeks to arrive, which makes sense since it's a busy season. I wanted to exchange my pants and go up one size. I received an initial email and sent 3 follow-up emails over 3 weeks, and still have no response. I needed this suit for Christmas, but it will not be ready on time due to their terrible customer service.

I placed an order on October 10th and didn’t receive it until November 18th. Throughout the delay, I was told the issue was due to low stock and later customs, but the communication felt minimal and I had to follow up myself for updates. Although they apologized, they never offered a discount or any gesture to make up for the inconvenience.

I’ve ordered from them a lot, yet I didn’t feel treated as a valued customer. The long delay combined with the lack of meaningful customer care was disappointing.

Forever a customer! Made my 1st purchase in 2019. I’ve gotten everything from coats, suits and sport coats. The quality, ease of purchasing, quick shipping and most importantly: Service have been top-tier and second to none! On the hunt for my next purchase.

amazing company. nice and communicative customer support team. they stand by their product. The suits are of high quality and have lasted me for at least 6 months now. I will be checking suitreview first before other websites when shopping for suits and blazers. Prices are reasonable as well

SuitReview was very prompt on receiving my return request and everything went so smooth. It made the process not feel just like another transaction but a great customer experience. I really wish I was able to fit the suit. That’s the only part that sucks about this whole situation.

Overall the suit was a good price, but while i ordered a 38s suit, they matched it with 32L pants, and I had to spend an upwards of $80 to get it fixed since i needed the suit imminently. I contacted them multiple times and they haven't responded.

Suit was advertised as a Lazio, received a Havana. They offered a refund, but not worth the time. Sell what you advertise.
