Nice place - but busy - Nice employees in general

Only at the pool side not helpfull. Only spanisch language speaking

No balls( even soft small ones ) allowed - no airmatrass allowed

Sometimes very windy but even on good days ( little wind ) not willing to take out the sun unbrella’s…. Only small amount of sunbeds with shade… so umbrella really required with children

Company are now named Hockerty based in Switzerland which has terrible reviews. Customer service is all automated so you never have contact with a human. I asked for a refund they said they would honor it then the company vanished and is now replaced with Hockerty and no sign of refund. The suit didn't fit at all. Do not order from them.

We ordered a suit but tried to cancel it within the hour. We were told that we can not cancel. So we went on with the order and were expected to get it within the promised 5 weeks delivery. We have still not got the suit 2 months later and now no one is answering on email. We got a message that the suit were shipped the 18th of january but we still have not got it......When I ask about it I receive a email that the email can not be delivered.

I did not receive my order, because the company seems to have gone bankrupted. There is no way to contact them, and my money is then out. But what does this review mean, if there is no more Suitopia company ?

I got the complete wrong suit who obviously was for another customer.
Everyone can make mistakes but its how they try to make up for that mistake that counts.

I have not yet been offered any form of compensation for this mistake that basically resulted that I had nothing to wear for Christmas.

Exactly followed the instructions on measurements and was hesitant but turned out to be a glove fit... excellent. Well done and keep up the good pricing and delivery times that makes the real difference. Thank you super pleased with the suit..thank you.

Easy to order, Always great fit and niece delivery.

Great looking and high quality suits. Easy to use website and very convenient to navigate and to customize the clothes you design. Since it's tailor fit, you have to be very exact with the measures.

I was in contact with the support two times and both times I got fast and polite help with my questions.

Will definitely buy my next suit here again 🙂

Excellent service from the beginning with measurement of the suit in Stockholm to the end with accurate delivery of the suit by UPS in Lagos, Portugal.

Very happy with the service and products. The whole team have been working with me to make sure everything fit and I was pleased with the results.

The blended wool fabric is true to advertised colour and has a nice texture. The lining is generic black and looks ok with the colour I’ve selected. The stitching quality looks well made. The size are quite close to my measurements with probably +1cm allowance, this should be ok in any case alteration needs to be done in the future.

The not so good: waistcoat buttons does not align hence has slacked on one side. The outside pockets are not real pocket, not quite what I expect. The packaging is disappointing, the box is almost tattered and the suit is wrapped in thin plastic without additional protection, not even a dust bag were provided for a ~600GBP suit. Shipping experience was poor, there was never mention of collection from UPS access point, which was the case, when ordering instead its clearly mentioned that it will be shipped directly to your address. I have to go to 2 different UPS access point as UPS sends me an email to go to one address and Suitopia’s logistic company tells me to go to another.

All excellent. Really good quality a making. Jacket perfect. Trousers beyond perfect... And I always had problems with trousers, but not this time.
