Snack attack lucky bag- DON’T BUY
I ordered a few “Snack attack lucky bags.” This line is taken from their description on their website: “From savory to sweet, there’s something for every craving—chocolates, fun candy, crunchy senbei, chips, cookies, and more!” Each bag we received had three packages of KitKats (10 pieces in each), one Red Bull, one “apple pie” (two or three bites), a few individual pieces marked “chocolate,” and a few completely unmarked and individually wrapped purple senbei. There were no chips, no cookies, and I’m not sure what the “and more” part was supposed to be because we didn’t get more. It was mostly chocolate and sweets. If I wanted the Kit Kat lucky bag, I would have ordered that one. The Kit Kats would also have been better received if they didn’t expire this month- items were shipped on 9/11/25 and they are all marked with a 10/25 expiration date. Super disappointed.
Each bag was identical- there was no variation whatsoever. We ordered six bags. Their description does warn “Ordering multiple units at once may result in duplicates…” but they should just say they will probably be identical.
We were expecting more variation within each bag as advertised on their website.

My friend said she had never received a better present in her life. The absolute pure joy i saw on her face was obvious she was telling the truth. She kept pulling out so many treats and her boyfriend in the background said DAMN I WISH I FOUND THIS FOR YOU SHE SHOWED ME UP BIG TIME! best gift ever so so happy and such quick response time on their customer service side too.. overly impressed would 100% shop here again, and plan to!

I placed an order on July 19th, it was supposed to ship on July 24 and has seen zero movement since then. The label created with USPS was the last I heard of this shipment, customer service is telling me the same copy and paste answer and now entering a second week of no movement. I paid almost $20 for shipping to no avail. Their products are so pricey, shipping is pricey so what exactly is the hold up? I don't think this will be delivered. I searched the company on Reddit to find complaints from people who have waited months to receive their shipments, so now I have lost confidence.

Great site for Japanese snacks/drinks
Found convenience store items that I could not find anywhere else! Arrived quickly considering the distance, and loved the mystery crate also, nice mix of sweet/savoury, and more items in there than I was expecting to see which was a lovely surprise. Will order again.

Could not recommend more! The variety of their selection makes it easy to pick out stuff anyone would like. Ive had so much fun trying out so many different things. Customer service relies so quickly and my previous orders have arrived on time and in perfect condition (that includes fragile snacks and both glass bottles or metal cans). Will definitely shop here again

I have purchased several lucky bags from this company over the last year as gifts for my family. My kids love anime and Sanrio characters and these bags have become a regularly requested gift in our house. Each themed bag has a variety of items, which have been suitable for my kids aged 6-18. Shipping is fast, except during the holiday season which is to be expected. To take advantage of free shipping I order several bags at once and gift them over the course of a few months for special occasions. The rewards points also provide additional discounts. I have been scammed in the past by other businesses claiming to offer anime boxes and never received the product or my money back. This is a safe purchase, the items are unique, quality, the app is user friendly, and the company also has great customer service. If you see a themed bag you like don’t hesitate because they can sell out quickly (sailor moon).
If you are concerned about price, remember this is coming from overseas with exclusive items. For me, the peace of mind knowing I will get my order and in good condition is why I continue to use this company.

I love getting lucky bags every year. Loved what I got this year but I wish the ghibli one came with more figures and displayable things and less stationary and kitchenware and rags. All the others were excellent though.

Don't bother. They advertise items they don't have in stock and then only offer store credit. Not worth it. There are better online Japanese goods stores.
