BEST AGENT

I am using SUGARGOO for over 6 months now and i like it so much, the quality of the sellers on there and the qc pictures, everything has been good so far! the only thing i want to know is when branded items like balenciaga are going to be back again, i would like to know. But for now, best agent ever!

Unfair Deduction of Earned Rewards – Beware!

have been a loyal Sugargoo customer for four years, but my recent experience has been extremely disappointing.

Sugargoo ran a Spin-to-Win event where users could earn points and rewards. I participated fairly, accumulated 132,000 points and €80, and was even assured by customer service that my rewards were safe. However, they later retroactively changed the rules and took away my earnings without warning!

Their excuse? They claim that using auto-clickers was "unfair," yet they never banned them in the original rules. They admitted their mistake in failing to include this rule from the start, but still refused to return even a portion of my rewards. Instead, they offered a 100 yuan shipping coupon, which is completely inadequate compensation.

This kind of retroactive enforcement is unfair and unethical. If they can change the rules whenever they want and take back rewards, how can customers trust them? I have reached out multiple times to resolve this issue, but they refuse to acknowledge their unfair treatment.

If you're considering using Sugargoo, beware! Your rewards, balance, or benefits can be taken away at any moment, even if you follow the rules at the time.

I will be filing formal complaints and sharing my experience further to ensure others don’t fall into the same situation.

You admitted to using auto-clickers to earn rewards from the spin-to-win event. If you were another customer aware that some participants were using auto-clickers to get rewards, you'd likely feel that it’s unfair as well. It really depends on your perspective.

Deep down, I think you believe that earning rewards through auto-clickers is wrong, which is why you reached out to customer service in the first place. However, it seems you didn’t mention your use of auto-clickers at that time. Instead, you prepared your case and now use the phrase "was even assured by customer service that my rewards were safe" as evidence, forcing us to grant you the rewards.

We acknowledge that we made some mistakes, which is why we offered the 100 yuan shipping coupon.

It appears you’re reluctant to accept the reality of the situation and don’t want to acknowledge that something gained through dishonest means might not truly be yours.

You mentioned that "your rewards, balance, or benefits can be taken away at any moment, even if you follow the rules." I must clarify: in your case, you received rewards through auto-clickers, so your experience doesn’t reflect following the rules at all.

Rating would be 0 if it could. To begin, I have sent Sugargoo fair warning thar our dissatisfaction would lead to negative feedback - and here it begins. My son spent AUD$500 plus on products for his Christmas presents. Nothing received, just some strange update that it has gone missing. Shipping details says the parcel arrived in Sydney 3rd January. Still nothing. The shipping company PF Logistics, also a joke, cannot find it, they say it is missing however my guess - stolen. Not a word from PF Logistics who actually "lost" the parcel. Sugargoo insults us by saying we should have taken out insurance, then offer AUD $17 compensation or approx 3% of total spend. In short, not professional, poor service money hingry and not recommended if you are chasing fake products.

I believe that even if it happens in your own country, if you purchase insurance for a lost package it will help a lot.

I’ve been using Sugargoo for over a year now, initially for personal use, but they’ve since become my go to agent for sourcing products.
