If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed a £50 order with them as it was the food my puppy was already on when I got him from the breeder. Despite being told delivery would be 3-5 business days, I am still to even receive a notification of dispatch 9 days after ordering. I have tried emailing their customer service and they haven't replied. If you can order food elsewhere, do it.

I ordered 3 items and received 1 after 2 weeks instead of 3-5 days. It took 3 weeks for them to notify me that 1item was out of stock and no mention of the other item! They said they would refund but I am still waiting for a refund of over £40. Their phone number is unobtainable and despite messaging through the website, twitter, facebook, instagram, I have had no response.

Used a couple of times before, bit late sometimes but recieved order, NOT this time!!
3 weeks since order/delivery window absolutely nothing arrived, have emailed/called but to no avail not even a courtesy email to say they will look into my order or even an acknowledgement of said email.
Beyond poor customer service, my dogs ran out of food and had to find an alternative.....
Please, please DO NOT use this sham of a business, I certainly will not and oh, still chasing a refund, looks like a trip to Maidenhead for me to try and retrieve my money.

I have ordered a few times from this company as the cat food is good quality and my cats enjoy it . Before ordering this time I asked if orders were going out due to negative reviews, I had a quick reply assuring me they were . Apart from a payment receipt i had no further communication from them , I messaged for delivery confirmation via email and messenger, I also messaged to say if they couldn’t deliver my order I would like a refund. Today dpd delivered my order ! Order placed 29/02. Why don’t they reply to messages and update customers with delivery details? It will put people off ordering, I was concerned.

Made an order which was acknowledged however, did not arrive, no communication from them. Chased on own website, emailed them, messaged on messenger etc. Zero response. If they've gone bust or something then at least update the website. Going elsewhere now for my dog food and now waiting on refund

This company delivered one order.
My second order for nearly £80 has not been received- they took my money 17 days ago.
They ignore all emails, ignore tweets and ignore Facebook messages.
Do NOT use this company.
I am now having to go through Trading Standards in order to get back my money.

Awful customer service, order took forever to be dispatched, then never arrived, and now I'm still waiting for my money to be returned. Keep well clear! We've found ourselves a more reliable dog food provider

Was using this company and my dog likes the food but every delivery I have problems. Packets not sealed properly, mold on another or just smashed to pieces by DPD. I appreciate things go wrong but customer service is terribly slow and not at all helpful. Unfortunately will need to find another supplier.

We was told by our dog breeder this food was tested against 3 other brands and of the litters the ones on Sugarfoot grew the healthiest. Our cockapoo has never been a fan of her food and there are only two flavour options for wet dog food currently. She hardly eats the kibble and we have mixed up what we give her to get her interested. After a visit to my brothers house where he had a bowl full of another branded kibble she went for it like she had never been fed before! We feel awful only just realising she has not liked Sugarfoot this whole time.

In addition to this Sugarfoot have provided us the worst experience from ordering goods from a company. The website is not the easiest to navigate when trying to set up multiple subscriptions under one delivery cost so you have to chat online to resolve it. We have been sent wet food with the wrong sleeves on claiming they are chicken when they are fish. We have had late deliveries leaving us without any wet food for a few days. The dry food always arrives separate to the wet food which is increasing your carbon footprint from a sustainability point of view. Customer services did apologies for the late delivery and website navigation, but suspected our case regarding the wrong wet food in incorrect sleeves. We offered for them to collect them to see but we couldn't order a replacement to actually feed our puppy in the meantime. Im all for supporting new and start up companies, but when you don't have food to feed your puppy and the wet food she don't like arrives in the wrong sleeve, I am unable to excuse any future possible mishaps, which at this point seems highly likely.

We have since gone elsewhere as none of the three orders we have placed have gone smoothly and our cockapoo just inhaled the dry kibble from the other brand we left to go to, which was far cheaper and of seemingly better quality.

We switched our one year old Labrador Freddie to Sugarfoot food several months ago. I can’t recommend it enough! We were looking for a food that was nutritious and would not upset his stomach (that was a big issue with a lot of the more well known brands). Freddie loves the food. He’s a happy, healthy dog and is always getting compliments on how white his teeth are, and how shiny his coat is. I have always been mindful that Labradors are prone to gaining weight and then ending up with joint problems... Freddie is perfectly lean and healthy thanks to the balanced diet provided by Sugarfoot.

Well where shall I start! Was recommended to Sugarfootuk.com and have never looked back! My dog absolutely loves his food from here and will never go anywhere else the service is 💯 and the food is delivered promptly and on time! Would highly recommend this company👌

Our littles absolutely love this brand of dog food. No more fussiness. I love the fact the product is made in England as well. Delivery is always super quick, I couldn't fault Sugarfoot!!

I would recommend Sugarfoot cat food without any hesitation. I sent off for a sample and my cat Molly absolutely loved it. I now order a variety of different foods and treats from them on a regular basis. Delivery has always been prompt, a very good service all round.

I recieved a sample to give it a try and I cant explain why but my cat loves them. I've not seen her act this way I wish I would of heard of this years ago

My Cockapoo has always been on sugarfoot and he LOVES it. I know that sugarfoot is such a trustworthy company, putting the animals needs first which is so comforting as a dog owner. The quality of meat in the product is fantastic and I know that no other brand gives as many vitamins and nutrients all in one bowl! Will be buying sugar foot forever!

I got a big supply during lockdown so I didn’t have to go to the shops. My dogs are so fussy when it comes to their food they only like wet food. However they cleaned their bowls with this food. It has higher meat content than other brands. They loved the treats too!

I sent for a a sample of Sugarfoot Kitten food for my highly fussy kitten.
I had tried numerous brands and he stuck up his nose to them all, apart from Sugarfoot :)

Truly grateful for such a wonderful product.
We definitely need a change in animal nutrition and Sugarfoot do just that!

As someone qualified in the Animal Care field and nutrition, I can give my honest opinion here and I am glad to share this, if it means helping other pets and owners out.

We got the SugarFoot Adult Cat Turkey with Sweet Potato packet. We have two cats - one is mad for his biscuits and the other couldn't care less about biscuits and prefers wet food. However, BOTH cats absolutely loved the turkey with sweet potato biscuits - they can't get enough of them. The biscuits smell "fresh" if that makes any sense! I could tell by the smell that the biscuits are made with great quality ingredients. Would definitely recommend - especially for the fussier eaters. Will be purchasing again to stock up for Christmas. Thank you Sugarfoot!
