I’ve ordered from this company *twice* this year, and this last experience has completely soured it for me. My most recent order was supposed to be a simple buy two, get two free deal for the turmeric scrub pads. That’s it. But after checking my email, I realized I had somehow been roped into a *subscription* — something I never knowingly agreed to.

I immediately tried to cancel through my online account, only to find there was *no option* to do so. Seriously? So I reached out via the chat feature on their website, and spoke with someone named Anne. That’s when I was told about a supposed *three-month commitment*, and that the system wouldn’t allow a cancellation until *three orders* had been processed.

Excuse me? That’s completely contradictory to what it says right on their site — next to the tiny checkbox, it clearly states “ZERO commitment, cancel anytime.” They sneak it into the terms and conditions. How is this not false advertising?

Why on earth would I subscribe to receive *four bags of scrub pads* every month? I’m ONE person. That makes no sense. I started looking into other customer reviews, and surprise — I found tons of people complaining about the *exact same thing*. And what’s worse, it seems like they arbitrarily choose who they’ll let cancel early. Absolutely shady.

At this point, I’m done. I’m canceling my card and ordering a new one through my bank. They will never get another red cent from me. I want my account and any personal information completely wiped from their system. I don’t care how much I liked the product — I will *never* give another cent to a company this deceitful.

Lies I have screenshots from your worker on your website telling me that she cannot cancel it for me. And to reach back out after three orders run. I've reached out and have received no reply. I've sent an email and I've tried calling several times. And if you look at comments on IG you have other people saying they were told the same.

I was at first skeptical because there are a lot of duplicates out there. This brand cannot be duplicated. I tried the glow wash on a specific problem on my chin and to my surprise it worked. I noticed it and my kids noticed the difference right away. On this specific place on my chin I pick and tweeze which is not good. I can say since using the product everything that I picked and used my tweezers for were minimized and lightened so I don’t use my tweezers anymore. Seeing is believing because of this product. I am a forever customer. My teenage daughter has had breakouts from time to time and for her this product takes the breakout completely away. So for me and her we are extremely satisfied. If the bottle is halfway gone she is on me to buy more to always have the product. We are SUGARBABIES!!!!!.

This is the only product that has helped diminish age spots, blemishes and literally cleaned my skin. Thank you Sugar Baby Team.

I love their products. Ive ordered from here several times before. I placed an order earlier this month. When I received my products, I noticed I was missing 2 items. So I emailed them and it did take a while for a response and they resolved my issue. I love the products.

This product is a godsend! Glow wash works almost instantly and my skin has never felt so clean and bright. Love love love this product!

I really enjoy this product. My skin is very sensitive and I was worried that it would irritate or burn my skin but it has been over a week and it is so gentle that I use it every morning. Love it!

I have been using many products to help fix my discoloration acne and dey skin for years and nothing significantly helped until Sugarbaby. I found then through Instagram and decided to try it based on the ingredients alone and I'm so glad I did. My skin has never been this smooth, eventoned and soft before. I love these products. From the face scrub to the cleansing pads and even the serum, The cleansing pads are a game changer, I use them all over my body especially my underarms and I see a big difference. I would recommend Sugarbaby to every and anyone. Sugarbaby really works.

I want to let you know that THE RESULTS AND GOOD REVIEWS ARE real ! Me and my entire family are now buoying these products! My skin has always been pretty clear but the new glow I have now has me not wearing makeup! My mom usually refuses to leave the house without full glam…. Now she is bragging about only wearing lashes brows and her skin is popping from her sugar baby glow! You will thank me later place that order now sis! My only regret is not documenting my old body scars so I could properly post pics for this review!

First let me say I love the products my cousin convince me to order and when I got my first package do to how the courier handle the package mine product was leaking. I emailed the company with a quick message and photos and and within a couple days I had a new package and a email expressing apologies and fixed the problem . I love this company and how they put the customer first !
As for the production have sensitive skin and I have not had any bad reaction !

My son has some acne and blemishes as well so I decided to purchase for the both of us and we absolutely love it. I purchased the glow pads first once we see results I had to purchase the cleaner and the mask it leaves our face so soft and bright

The products are awesome, I have been looking for something for the darkness under my eyes for years. Nothing has worked as well as your Tumeric Glo Wash, and the Tumeric Glow up pads are awesome. Now I want to try the Glo Serum, and My experience with customer service was refreshing. Thank You Sugarbabycare!!!!!

Love SugarBabyCare products! After many years for trying to find a solution to my hyperpigmentation, I skeptically decided to purchase the Glow Skin Kit. Best decision I could’ve made for my skin! After about a week I felt how soft my skin was becoming, and about 2 weeks in dark spots started to fade. The glow up pads are a game changer. I’m so happy with my purchase and they now have a fan for life 🙂

My items shipped very fast. One pump had leaked a bit. I emailed the company, although it to a few days they got back with me and shipped another tube. Thats great business. I will definitely order again. I see improvement in my skin each day that I look in the mirror. I am so glad i tried this product.
