Sue was one of two Community Managers
Sue was one of two Community Managers, on the 6 month, Elite Mentorship Forum programme, (EMF16), that I completed, March to Sept 2022, with Peter Sage.
As an EMF peer group, we had online, group, 'community' calls with Sue, every two weeks. She helped facilitate the calls, alongside her Community Manager colleague. They were also active in the Facebook group. They had both completed the EMF programme previously.
They worked well together, and managed the calls and the group discussions really well. It was an enjoyable and stimulating experience.
They had a great relationship between them, and that chemistry enhanced their input to the group.
Sue brings many admirable skills and qualities. She is authentic, warm, down-to-earth, compassionate, supportive and empathic, and also brought a light-hearted exuberance to the group.
She has integrated her own experience of the EMF programme, and brings her learning and wisdom with her. She would share aspects of her own life, and her own EMF experience, to enhance our learning.
She was able to support participants', in our struggles, for example, normalising and validating our experiences, and would also enthusiastically, celebrate our wins, breakthroughs and magic moments.
She was also active in the Facebook Group, sharing her own wins and her own struggles, in an appropriate, often joyous, and supportive way.
Overall, for me, she very open, loving and authentic.
