The team has completely stopped responding to me. After taking nearly ₹3 lakh in payments, no one is willing to take responsibility for what has happened.

Some of the remedies suggested to me appear to have been experimental in nature and, unfortunately, ended up backfiring. To verify things independently, I consulted multiple other astrologers. Their response was immediate and unanimous: “No Pukhraj.” The reason given was simple, I am a Gemini, and Guru is debilitated in my chart.

Despite those warnings, I wore the Pukhraj because I trusted your guidance. As predicted by the other astrologers, I faced negative consequences. When I raised this concern with your team, even one of your junior members acknowledged the issue and clearly advised me to remove the Pukhraj.

Since then, core team went silent.

The core team that was readily available before payment is now nowhere to be found. Several commitments were made during the consultation process, and I have complete WhatsApp records and proof of those conversations. Yet today, there is nobody available to answer questions, provide accountability, or even offer a proper response.

This review is not being written because of a mistake. Mistakes can happen. It is being written because of the complete lack of ownership, accountability, and support after the payment was collected.

I will continue to share my experience and raise my voice wherever necessary until the concerned people stop hiding and come out of their mouse hole to address the situation directly. Ignoring a customer may seem easier in the short term, but the reputational loss that follows can be far more expensive than responding honestly and taking responsibility.
