There is no correspondence from the…

There is no correspondence from the website after placement of the order. Haven’t received my book, haven’t received any communication from their — none — no order confirmation message/mail, no order shipping details, possibly because it’s not shipped yet and never will be. Was really looking forward to read the book but I don’t think they ever plan on actually dispatching the order.
