Thank you, N’Diera, for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the award didn’t meet your expectations.

The blue accent on the Flare Crystal Award is an intentionally applied design element that creates the unique front-facing visual effect of the piece. Because of the construction method, the attachment is visible from the back and the award is designed to be displayed from the front rather than as a 360-degree presentation piece.

That said, we understand that this design detail may not have been what you expected. Our customer service team will be reaching out and is happy to review your concerns under our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to make things right.Read more

Thank you, Ricky, for your feedback. We understand you were unhappy with part of your order experience, but we want to clarify that the InspireBox is an optional add-on presented clearly during checkout—it is not pre-selected or hidden. It appears in your cart, order confirmation, and receipt, giving several opportunities to review or remove it prior to shipping.

Your 1-star review here is for the Flare Crystal Award, which was not the issue you raised. We believe it’s unfair to rate this product based on dissatisfaction with a separate promotional item. The award itself is a well-reviewed and high-quality piece that many customers choose for their recognition needs.

While the InspireBox is nonrefundable, we still extended a 50% credit as a gesture of goodwill. We appreciate your business and your feedback, but we want to ensure each product is judged on its own merit.Read more
