Loved perfume but container could have been a bit more presentable as I wanted to give it as a gift. Perhaps charge extra for gift presentation would be a big improvement. Even existing bottle in a box would be better

It should be zero stars
It should be zero stars. Avoid like the plague. Order never arrived, complained, replacement never sent as no tracking number issued. Complained again insisting on a refund and reminding seller if statutory obligations. Received a snotty reply stating he runs the business in his spare time and is too busy. Told it will take 10 days to refund the money. This person should not be in business. Avoid Avoid Avoid

Been ordering from this company for years and now a new order is late. Saying they have a backlog but couldn’t be bothered to tell me until I asked. Now they are ignoring my emails, still no order and they have taken my money.
