We help musicians connect with curators. Our goal is to make it transparent and easy, but we can't promise guaranteed success. Curators are picky and often to the point. The space is highly competitive and you need to have tough skin.

Direct interaction with playlist curators
With other promotion services, I often lack control and visibility. With SubmitHub, I can review potential playlists first and connect directly with curators—or others offering airplay opportunities. Even when a submission is declined, they still provide helpful feedback explaining what didn’t fit.
Both Artist And Curator
As both an artist and curator, SubmitHub has truly shaped my musical journey.
For the past 18 months, I’ve shared my tracks through this platform and received honest, detailed, and professional feedback that helped me grow in ways I didn’t expect. Some reviews even made me postpone releases, just to fix things I couldn’t hear before. That’s how valuable the insights are when they come from real artists and curators who understand music deeply.
Now, after a year of curating myself, I’ve realized how much you can learn from listening to others. Curation is not easy, but it’s incredibly rewardinng. You discover hidden gems, support artists who deserve to be heard, and learn to give constructtive feedback, even when declining a track. It teaches empathy, patience, and professionalism.
And the SubmitHub support team? Absolutely outstanding. Every issue I faced was solved in less than an hour, always swith kindness and efficiency.
I’ve tried many platforms, but none have matched the professionalism, growth, and sense of community I’ve found here.
I highly recommend this awesome platform for every artist out there!
Great platform
It's a great platform and the software is really powerful, however I have to say that curators on average keep your tracks for too short a time... In recent years they have increased the credit required to evaluate your track but the streamings are generally lower than in the past. But it's cheap and easy, so I'm fine with it anyway...

Their customer support is the best
Their customer support is the best!
They have multiple services:
- Curated playlist submissions. I think for this you have to be really mindful on who do you send your song, listen to the playlists and check that your song is the right fit, otherwise you are just wasting money. So far I have no complains, it always worked within expectations.
- Meta Ads: This is a newer service where they run the ads for you on META and so far it's been working well for me. If you don't want to overcomplicate yourself it's a good option. Also I found that they are super good at replying and answering any questions you may have. It really looks like they care about your campaign and tweak things as the campaign is running to improve it.
So far really good, and any time I had to contact support they answered super quickly and they are very friendly.

Meta ad campaign with Submithub…
I ran a Meta ad campaign with Submithub to build followers on a Spotify playlist. It went very very well. It was super simple to set up and they were really helpful and fast to respond to any questions I had. They also have some great tools for analysing the results. The best part was that the results were about 250% better than a very similar campaign I ran with one of their competitors. So good!

Basically, I think SubmitHub is good.
Basically, I think SubmitHub is good, as long as there are real streams and reputable curators behind it. However, you pay a relatively large amount of money only to be rejected by many curators—even though the songs in their playlists are often of poorer quality. If one of my songs is added to a playlist in the future, I will adjust my experience and review accordingly. After all, I am also represented in the dance charts.

Simply lovely platform
They are delivering a good service for small artists! Users have some possibilities to promote their music in different ways. Curators are being observed, which means you receive specific and helpful feedback if your track doesn't make a playlist.
I would recommend SubmitHub due to their tools, supportive methods, explanations, activity digests.
Help Contacting Archived Radio Hosts for VISA Application
For my Global Artist VISA application, I needed written confirmation of all the radio shows my music had been featured on. Unfortunately, the chats with the radio hosts who had played my song had all been archived and I no longer could contact them. I submitted a support ticket, and in less than a day, someone had contacted me saying that they emailed the radio hosts asking for their business emails so that I could reach out personally. By the next day I had the emails I needed and everything was sorted :)
Very user-friendly!
Very user-friendly! I always have a great experience using SubmitHub.

I actually watched the CEO/Founder on a masterclass provided by Symphonic. That was the first time I’ve ever seen a CEO from a platform like Submithub engage and share the values and purpose of their organization. So, I decided to give it a chance. It has only been a few days, but so far the platform does exactly what he shared during the masterclass. And the results are very promising. Submithub is a tool for artist to use to help grow their audience, not generate useless bot streams.
I’d recommend Submithub!!
I like SubmiHub for the opportunities…
I like SubmiHub for the opportunities to get reviewed and have my songs added to playlists with the hope of gaining new fans. The service is easy to use and seems to benefit the independent music community. However, I have not received a return on my SubmitHub investment, but that is due to low music streaming income and that my music is simply not super popular.
Waste of time and money
Waste of time and money. Most of the "curators" charge unreasonable submission fees and then reject the vast majority of tracks - usually for nitpicky reasons.
Update: adding more details because the company tried (unsuccessfully) to get my negative review deleted. Trying to bury my thoughts instead of addressing them leaves a bad taste.
As others have noted, curators give vague, confusing feedback that makes it seem like they don't even listen to the tracks. They only use the site to make as much money as possible. The same song can have feedback that ranges from "too polished" to "not polished enough." Sometimes it's "Great track, but I didn't like the hi-hat you used at 0:43 so I have to say no." Absurd, nitpicky excuses. Often they'll deny tracks and say things like "I loved it, but just not right for my playlist" when they have no real excuse. I listened to every playlist before submitting to know that I wasn't wasting time. I would still get rejections for songs that fit the vibe perfectly and were perfectly produced. SubmitHub is *more* expensive than similar sites, and yet the rejection rates seem significantly higher.
The site is full of "curators" who exploit the site as a second source of income. And the site runners seem happy to jump to their defense, even when its obvious that they are just taking advantage of artists, because they benefit financially as well. Maybe this is just the modern state of the music industry? Tons of bad actors out there taking advantage of hardworking musicians who are just trying to increase their reach and notoriety. Music is a business, after all.
Regardless, the reach of most playlists is negligible. You can easily blow $100 on this site just to get on a few playlists that generate a couple hundred streams, maybe. The ROI is negative, considering how little streaming pays.
In short, this is one of *many* sites out there that will take your money without providing anything meaningful in return. Better to just find other methods of getting your work out there.

Submithub is an essential tool in the process of promoting our music.
They collaborate with a wide range of playlist curators and we’ve had success with playlist placements and further interest/plays/fans as a regular of that exposure. The website is simple and super functional, with really well thought out shortcuts. We’d highly recommend using submithub for new and upcoming artists to help in getting their music heard.

SubmitHub is a great platform for getting your music heard
SubmitHub is a great platform for getting your music heard and connecting with curators. The interface is smooth, and feedback can be really helpful when it’s thoughtful. That said, curators can be a bit of a hit or miss — some give great insights while others seem to skip through quickly. Overall though, it’s still a valuable tool for independent artists trying to grow their audience.
