Easy to use website. Great service and beautiful products which smell amazing. The personal message from Sophie the owner is a nice touch

Originally came across Subluceo through my Iggy Box subscription (The stunning Juniper Fir and Spruce scent). Just bought three more as end of year gifts for our sons nursery staff. Im sure they will love them as much as I have. Super swift delivery via Royal Mail.

Well, my purchasing from Sophie was a bit of a bumpy process to begin with as I placed my order just before the Jubilee Weekend and my delivery was postponed due to the Bank Holiday. For some bizarre reason I have contacted the Company twice to ask for updates on my delivery status but I never heard back so my previous review on Trust Pilot was not reflecting the quality of the products but the communication. After this minor hiccup Sophie contacted me directly and I was able to get to know the person behind the Business which is ultimately what matters.
My order was lost during transport and Sophie sent me a replacement which I have received today. The candles smell absolutely amazing (she did say I wouldn't have been disappointed 😉)and I am already planning to buy some more for my friend's birthday.
I was extremely privileged to be able to correspond with Sophie and I appreciate her help and time dealing with me. Sometimes it is worthy to reach out personally and establish a long lasting relationship with your customers and your Sellers rather than just click and order and pay for something that reaches us in a sterile manner, we get so much more from the experience : of course the products make the Business but the person behind it all plays a major role, if we bother to find out who they are.
Everything was worth the money, the time and the effort, Subluceo did it for me! 🙏

Product shipped and packaged well and just the most beautiful smelling candle! It was bought for a birthday present so I haven’t lit it myself but it certainly makes for a lovely gift!

Thank you for the purchase I got it but it was late with Hermes but am very happy with the candle

The candles came ,well packed, have burned both and following instructions the wax melts without a central dip, even my husband likes them as he is not a candle fan, the aroma is good, maybe I would have wished it was a little more powerful. I chose them because of the natural waxes, and would definitely buy again and try a different aroma.

After initial hiccup a problem was sorted .Love the candle and the scent .

The scent is marvellous and the cracking sound so relaxing.

I ordered on black friday and the service was great. They’ve sent and email to say my order is coming and apologising for the delay but their shipment came even sooner than big brands

Gorgeous smelling candles! The small are very small, so I'd recommend going for the larger ones. (The volume is specified on the website).

My wife loves these candles (and they do make the house smell very nice). Therefore, I've bought a few as Christmas gifts for work friends that 'have everything'!
They are not just 'another thoughtless cheap candle' type pressie, they are quality products. Christmas buying made easy.

Absolutely love my latest purchase (I have several of Subluceo's candles already). I wanted a Christmassy one. This year I opted for the Juniper Fir and Spruce to go with the Frankincense and Myrrh one I already have. It smells incredible. And as always, the crackle from the wooden wick is just lovely.

Loved the variety of scents available, easy to order and swift delivery. I bought all the candles as presents so cannot comment on their scents in detail but I love what I whiffed when checking them. I would be happy to buy from here again! Thank you!

I love subluceo candles. I ordered 3 pumpkin spice scents for the autumn season. They always burn for much longer than advertised and the scent is strong but not overpowering. My housemate always tells me how nice the flat smells! I also like the company ethics, plastic free packaging etc. I love supporting a small business
