Tried to purchase LP from these clowns, poor communication, no refund no record, avoid avoid avoid
I ordered a life record of Radiohead in June 2025 and paid it with credit card including shipping cost (about 65 €). I neither get any goods nor tracking information. After a while I sent a request e-mail with the question when the record will be shipped to me. The answer was a link to the order, which was marked with the status "fullfilled". I wrote three more e-mails and get no answer. Then I tried to get in contact with the company via Facebook messenger twice, no answer. Today I wrote a comment on the Facebook post with the offer of the record. Immediately it was deleted and I'm blocked from their Facebook account. Seems to be on the verge of internet fraud, at least no there is no interest in customer service and satisfaction.
A company involved in selling unofficial vinyl releases. They have zero interest in customer service, their refund policy effectively prevents you from returning the junk they sell. I would suggest they are in contravention of the sale of goods act?
"Once bitten"...they supplied a "recording" of the Cure...recording quality was utterly dire. No response so far contacting them to return the item for refund.
Avoid like the plague...purely in it for profit with zero customer satisfaction or service.
Terrible company, Purchased a vinyl record sold as ‘Limited Edition on swirl vinyl’ limited to 500 copies but turned out to be 250 copies, Vinyl arrived in mint condition but looked completely nothing like the photo (yes I know the photo is a mockup but the vinyl wasn’t even the same colour) the vinyl arrived looking like washed-out poo and the colour looked absolutely nothing like it, this company could of at least got the colour right but obviously not, I opened 2 copies and both had the same disappointing results, another sad thing is that when pointed out on their Facebook they deleted the post that announced the vinyl and deleted comments about how the vinyl turned out when it got released, they also blocked me so I couldn’t post anymore comments or tell anyone what they were actually buying, this behaviour is absolutely disgusting and NOT professional in any way, this company needs to learn to own up to their mistakes and at least politely apologise and not block anyone and act like a child, I was polite with my comments on their Facebook account but they obviously didn’t want anyone knowing how their product turned out, Obviously this could just be a mistake with this pressing and the other products could be fine but due to the nature of their behaviour and non-professional way of handling a criticism I will not be buying their products in the future and will continue to not recommend them.
