I signed up for the 7 day free program…

I signed up for the 7 day free program and canceled it within the time limit. I wrote them to confirm cancellation and received a notice that they opened a case and would be in touch. Never heard from them and sent them another email when I received a bill! Again, received an email opening another case and told they would get back to me. In checking my credit card statement, I noted charges for over $112. Wrote them again and they opened another case and THEN sent me an email that they were not returning any of my money. I have a big fat nothing for the $112.
