Please don't buy from this company

Please don't buy from this company! I bought a cardigan from them supposedly from a UK based company. The item bore no resemblance to the one in the photograph and the quality and size were awful, when i tried to return the item i was told to post it to an address in China, this was going to cost £27 which was £2 less than the cost of it. Don't buy from them.

Rubbish

After taking many chase emails and 3 weeks my delivery finally arrive the top I ordered was rubbish. I mean crap really crap. The material is horrid it looked nothing like the picture or description. Looked worse on and I'm going to return it and never order from This company again. Dont waste your tine or money

Avoid dealing with this company.

I have only given 1 star as there is no option to give 0 stars. The item delivered bore little resemblance to the photo shown in the advert, which does not inform the buyer that the goods will be delivered from China. On contacting the company to request a full refund they stated that I had to return the item to an address in China as per there "returns policy". Having read the policy, nowhere does it say that the return address is in China, in fact it gives the impression that the goods are returned to them for inspection. This company are clearly rip off merchants who should be avoided at all cost.

Worst company Facebook should take them off

I ordered a pair of earrings as they come from China i liked them and they put a gift card intthe parcel GIFT10AA to use on another order. My daughter liked them so I used it to order another another pair but it didn't take the £10 off.i have emailed them about 10 times.i also sent a photo of the gift card both side .I told them there reviews on trustpilot was bad and if I don't get the £10 back I will put a review. I got a email eventually saying they can't give money back they will sort it on my next order .I won't be ordering anything else from them very bad firm

Absolute joke of a company selling fake…

Absolute joke of a company selling fake clothes that look nothing like the pictures, returns are sent to china at own expense so basically there is no returns policy as its not worth the time or money as its expensive postage, why does the British government allow foreign businesses to advertise on social media and online as if there based in the UK. If I would have know it was Chinese shite I wouldn't have bothered.

Prepare to lose your money

An advert for shoes came up in my Google news feed and I decided to give it a try. Placed my order, it was acknowledged and a series of emails confirmed the progress of the order.
On receipt of the parcel, I noticed the return address on the label was in the UK, Googled it and it was an office unit on a business park.
The shoes appeared quite well made but one did not fit correctly so I decided too return the pair- I was aware that returns like this were at my expense.

On asking the seller for return instructions, I was advised the shoes had to be returned to China. This happened to me a couple of years ago with another items and the ensuing drama with Chinese Customs imposing a fee for items delivered to China led to months of inactivity and confusion and in the end I think I wrote the whole thing off.

It appears that this is a common practice for items sold this way, but at no stage of the order, and no-where on the web site, is it pointed out that the return has too be made too China. It is only when the seller is advised of the need to return that a Chinese address is provided.

This I believe makes a mockery of Distance Selling rules and must be netting the seller a great deal of money - and causing many people a great deal of irritation.

The seller should be obliged to state return conditions- clearly- at prior to point of sale so the customer is aware of what they are entering into.

What a dreadful company

What a dreadful company, don’t order from them!
I ordered a buckskin jacket. It didn’t arrive, contacted them, they said that Yodel claimed to have delivered it & gave me a tracking number to chase Yodel myself. Turned out the tracking number provided was not valid, hurried again with Stylishoe and got no response. Over following weeks I3 requests for a refund, all of them were ignored. They are based in China so no address or phone number is available & British consumer protection law does not seem to apply. Sending money to this lot and expecting goods in return is a delusion, I believe it is a scam

On opening the parcel, initially the shoes felt ok? However despite being reassured that styliSHOE catered for men like me..Very small swollen feet eg 4.5 uk..They have sent size 6
Ive just emailed them with an official complaint.

This company is a disgrace

This company is a disgrace. I purchased a pair of black boots . First time on i noticed left boot badly creased at toe and shinning GREEN also was slightly smaller than the right one causing toe crushing . I had to take the off. I asked for a refund. Sent pictures with my complaint. Advised to send them back to China at my expense. Or accept a 30% discount on my next order. JOKE! I would not order another thing from this company. Avoid at all costs . Their items are cheep and nasty.

Jumper was rubbish.

Bought what looked like a woollen jumper.
When it arrived the top of the jumper was like a t-shirt with a picture that looked like knitted wool.
And, the item was 2 sizes too small. I ordered an XL but it was more like an M.

Scam company.

Scam company.
They pretend to be operating from Britain, the quality of shoes is plasticky garbage. When you want to return your shoes for a refund, you have to return them to CHINA at your own expense which is approx £80.00
Do Not Buy From Them!!!!!

Dont want to give any stars total awful

Dont want to give any stars. I stupidly thought this co was in GB but now realise was not. Item was unwearable. I told them they said return to address in Aberdeen this was obviously a lie as it was returned to me today (2 Feb) refused!! and I HAD TO PAY postage. they do not reply to email/messages/ they are appalling. Why would anyone want to shop here.
