I ordered a dress following the size chart. It didn't fit at all and the lace was extremely itchy. I've been sending emails, like they asked, so I can return it and get a refund, but no response yet in over two weeks. There's no number to call and the chat is always offline. I'll have to stop the payment on my CC. Awful customer service; actually there is no customer service

I ordered a blouse that looked great online.When it arrived I discovered it was too big and the color didn't match the website. I have been trying for over a week to return the blouse and no one will respond and send me the return address. I may have to cancel payment.

THIS IS A CON. I ordered a dress. The money was taken from my account but I received no confirmation or order number and NO dress. The money was taken by a chinese/Honk Kong company which has no contact details BEWARE

This has to be the worst online store ever. I ordered a dress and the buttons stop at the top of my lady part so its impossible to wear. The quality is soooooo trash. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! I've been trying to return and no one answers my emails. I will contact them everyday if I have to.

Had a problem with a product, I couldn't get in touch with them and finally someone replied to me on Facebook and helped me get a refund. If anyone is facing problems too contact them on fb! Thank god I didn't lose my money

DO NOT MAKE THIS MISTAKE. It's a big scam. I made the HUGE mistake of ordering 3 dresses. Weeks later they arrived and were not the same as pictured. Sizing all wrong. Fabric poor quality. One looked like made as well as a cheap little Disney princess costume from walmart. After reading other reviews not even going to waste my time or money returning, only to be out that money as well. It's a huge scam and I have learned my lesson. READ reviews BEFORE ordering :(

Wish I could give it no stars. I was dumb and didn’t read any of the reviews. I ordered something almost 2 weeks ago and it hasn’t even shipped yet. I don’t think it ever will. I have emailed them twice, and messaged them on the app. No response at all. Ive asked for a refund but again, no response. I wish there was a phone number to call and complain but I can’t find one. Please do not spend your money here!

You will get the product but you’ll never be able to return it! Their live chat is NOT live, there’s nobody there and you won’t get a response to emails either! I’d say shocking customer service but the truth is there is NO customer service. Would never buy from them again! If anyone else reads this, don’t risk using them.

Why is this company still active. They are a straight RIP OFF. My story is the same as all the rest of the reviews. Who want a FOURTH of what they actually paid. Then if you don't accept their third or fourth offer they don't respond anymore. I am in the process of trying to figure out how and who to sue. Social media sites should not continue to allow Stylesimo to advertise. This is a fraudulent company and should be stopped, they don't even deserve the one star but no other option.

I should have read reviews but it seemed like a legitimate website. Ordered 3 dresses with the intention of returning 2 as it was for an event and I wanted a choice to pick from. Surprisingly one dress was quite nice (the most expensive one) and the other two were completely rubbish. Looked nothing like the picture and terrible material. When asking to return they told me to give dresses to charity or as a gift and they will compensate me £6. I had paid £80 for these dresses, they eventually told me it will cost £44 to return to them in China and “they are trying to improve this” so will I accept £10. I don’t trust to return to them anyway and I know it’s a scam and illegal practice. I have accepted £15 to keep the dresses (which I doubt anybody would ever wear) but I won’t hold my breath for receiving the money. Going to try go to PayPal and trading standards. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

This website is a complete FRAUD! They setup their website like it’s a legit one, then scam everyone with their money. I ordered a dress, 2 weeks later they state they are refunding the money. Without my consent to even return the product on my own. I highly doubt the money will return. Terrible people out there with bad intentions. Shame on you, what goes around comes around. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE *WARNING*

tried 7 times to ask for their postal address to send back for a full refund - they constantly offer 1/4 refund and refuse to give their postal address. hoping to wear me down I suspect.
appalling customer service, appalling company - complete rip off ,saying sending back to china is too expensive, despite my quote from the UK post office of £5.50 (very doable)
I need to have them closed down due to this illegal trading practice
the UK expects decency and compliance to basic standards

Just received the dress ordered from this site on 17th of feb.should say horrible quality for the price they quote.This doesnt even deserve single star.
The design and product is totally different when you receive it compared to the image on this shopping site.
My guess, they have uploaded random images and later trying to stitch according to the image once we place the order.so is the long processing time.
I am returning this product and requesting refund now.

Bought blouse which took ages to arrive and then supposed to be large but wouldn't even fit my 10 yr old daughter, so wrongly sized item. Emailed twice as per request for returns and still had no reply. Suspicious service and I wouldn't buy from them again.

Customer service is terrible, product quality is terrible, shipping took three times longer than promised with no updates from anyone. Tried to return and was denied regardless of having proof of delayed shipping. Dont order from stylesimo!

A calculated royal rip-off!
I ordered a white lace dress for $35 they said was polyester but it feels like cotton. The zipper will not open, so I can't even try it on. I called several times to try to talk with someone, without success. I want to return the dress but you have to send it to a different address. I e-mailed three times before someone responded. They will NOT provide the address for the return, but instead said I should (1) have the zipper replaced (at my expense), (2) donate it (with a non-functioning zipper), (3) give it to a friend (with a non-functioning zipper), etc.
I continued to request the address for return. They offered me $7 instead of a full refund. When I persisted still asking for the return address, they said it was very expensive to mail something to China and, even if I would spend that money to return the defective dress, the refund would take a month or so before I would receive it.
This is such a royal rip-off, as evidenced by the other reviews where customers have been screwed. TELL EVERYONE that this is a complete scam! They ship you crap and keep the money! Where else can we complain about this?
There is one star here because I can't give them a zero -- or less!

Ordered a red dress they sent an orange dress, not orangey red, orange. I tried to contact them 3 times finally getting a reply on fb, they offered to give me 8 dollars and recommended giving a long orange dress as a “great gift”. I refused, they stopped communicating. First time buying, never again!!!

The worst online shopping experience ever! I ordered three items and none of them looked like the website further they were faulty and when I went back to the company for a refund they wouldn’t respond to my emails. I was talking to someone from a call centre who had no idea what customer service is. Bunch of con artist!

Ordered from this site and the product that came back was terrible. It looked nothing like what the photo did on the site.
When asked for a refund they said they would offer me £5 and I can keep the dress or give it to a friend. This recdiulous.
I wish I could post the photo so you all can see the dresses and the differences.
