Absolutely APPALLINGLY Customer Service
Absolutely appalling Customer Service! I placed an order, paid for unlimited next day delivery & paid in full. 5 days later no goods received. Contacted customer service to be told the parcel has been lost & an investigation needed to be done to find it. I asked for a refund or full replacement order but was advised M & M will not refund/replace until an investigation is completed. They said this takes some time. The courier did NOT receive the parcel to deliver! I asked for a managers details to address a full complaint to but now they are just avoiding my emails! I now do not have the order for a birthday present or the money to buy something else! BUYERS BEWARE your money is taken and goods not received! I wish I had checked the bad reviews on Trustpilot before giving them my money!

I always purchase from MandM they email regularly with great offers and their yearly subscription for delivery is very good with how often I order. They have a fantastic range of mens designer clothes and footwear with the range of sizes to fit all. I have used and experienced their returns labels and procedure a couple of times when sizes were wrong for gifts and never had any issues with refunds or exchanges…customer service is always spot on! Definitely check their website out I would recommend them!
