The worst place to shop im so dissappointed with you guys😡 i need my money back because its almost a month and dis not Got my parcel, not even getting answers from you guys disgusting😡

It's really easy to order the shoes and they have a pretty affordable price. Overall satisfied

Bought a jacket. When I received it didnt look like in the picture, also in their picture one cannot zoom in properly to get a better idea. To return it they charge 10 pounds, wich is very mich for shipping a rather light jacket. I do not recommend this store.

Very bad items, I tried to return them to times before 7 days but turned to me again twice. I just wasted my money on it and now will give them to people i know cz i dont need them

If there was negative star, I would give that!!! Very poor customer service I have ever seen. I ordered about 11/12 items for 1500 dkk, I have got nothing. It says the parcel is in transit. I talked to them on email, they say it's been lost and I'll get refund. It's been about a month and I haven't got my money back. I again talked with them 3 week ago but haven't heard anything. Either give my money back or resend the order. Very very ridiculously poor service. I recommend not to go to their website and if you order items for huge amount, they won't send it!!!

I have returned an item on 15.08.22 and still not received my money back and you can only get in contact with Stylepit on e-mail:-(.
As it is also very expensive to do returns I will not be buying any more from this web-site. There are plentiful of other alternatives who do it quicker and for free.

I have been a happy Stylepit customer for many years.

But Stylepit has now been sold to a UK company which is not clear when you buy. Delivery time is very long now and suddenly no free return.

I made an order mid June . Parcel arrived yesterday & I had emailed them that the parcel was missing all this time and I got no answer . I am on vacation now ( 1 month later delivery) after reporting to klarna that I never received anything.

Their services are very good and customer friendly always!

Just checked to see who the courier's are and found out it's Evri formerly Hermes,I won't be buying after the last time and will gladly pay extra and get my delivery somewhere else.

My order never arrived, instead I got someone else's order, which I returned straight away but they still haven't refunded me, it's been over 3 weeks since I returned the wrong order and I'm still £100 out of pocket. Starting to worry I'll never get my money back from them.

Best service ever!!! From now on I will buy things only on Stylepit.
I was so worried when we got my daughters jacket with the broken snap( popper button) and she saw it only after a few days when she tried to close it, so I have sent pictures and got money back right away. I do not know many shops that handle this so well and so quick. Now I know I can trust them and will shop only here from now on.
