Very good Motors Plugin and superb tech support from Matthew Gordon
I had some complaints about the working and full functionality of the Motors Plugin and I raised several tickets for these issues within my Motors Plugin account.
I had a very good customer support help from Matthew Gordon, who has helped me throughout to resolve these issues.
Many issues were to do with Elementor upgrades and some with the Motors plugin itself, but at the moment it looks good.
I am still in the early stages of setting up my official website autobazar co uk with this plugin and will post further reviews (hopefully all good) on this blog.
I would like to give my special thanks to Matthew Gordon for taking ownership and in a very polite, prompt and knowlegable way help me understand the issues and resolve them.

Look for another solution, awful support
StylemixThemes continues to produce broken plugins/themes and refuse to provide any meaningful support. Each update results in critical errors and even worse performance than the last.
Their agents such as Matthew Gorden are disrespecful and provide "solutions" which break other features. When we reach out for further assistance they do one of two things:
1. Pretend there is no problem and try to shift blame.
2. Provide a custom patch-work solution which they promise will not break but will 100% break your site on the next update.
I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere, even if Stylemix seems to have a solution for you - IT WILL BREAK. You will be stuck contacting support on a frequent basis and dealing with their rude & disrespectful team, even to correct minor problems.

Typically, these requests require hiring a 3rd party developer, but our team provided these custom CSS snippets and solutions free of charge because we genuinely wanted to help you achieve your goals.
However, it is important to understand a fundamental reality of web development. When a complex software product like Masterstudy receives a major update (introducing new features, design improvements, or bug fixes), the underlying code structure and CSS classes inevitably change. Consequently, custom code written for an older version may conflict with the new version. This is not a sign of a 'broken product,' but rather a standard maintenance requirement: custom modifications always need to be reviewed and updated after core software updates.
We are proud of our team for consistently going the extra mile to assist with requests beyond our support policy. We are saddened to receive this rating after the dedicated effort we put into your project, but we stand by the quality of our product and our commitment to our users.

Good Product, Worst Customer Service
If I have option, I will give zero star. The custom support used to be supportive and informative. However, recent experience completely ruined that.
After using MasterStudy LMS and MasterStudy Templates (both paid lifetime) for 8 months, I suddenly found out from their online manuals that there is another MasterStudy Theme, as the current MasterStudy Templates have limited functions on editing shop pages, e.g. adding a category side bar.
I just want to know If MasterStudy Templates (paid version) is able to add a side bar on the shop page or not?
If not and the Theme has the function, I will consider to get a MasterStudy theme.
The question is simple, but the support staff basically threw me a MasterStudy Theme online manual link, without answering my question directly. not even want to provide a brief introduction on the Theme product. He just wants to close the ticket asap without any patience.
He even told me to open a new ticket for any further question. Serious? one question per ticket, even they are related to one issue? no wonder now it takes more than 2 days to get a reply after posting my ticket.
Good product, Worst customer support. At the start, I was thinking to buy MasterStudy Theme if MasterStudy Template does not work. Now, I need to think twice.

Regarding the documentation links provided by support: We receive a high volume of requests daily. To save time for you, our agents, and other MasterStudy users, our team shares links to ready-made instructions. Our documentation contains detailed, step-by-step guides that are constantly updated and improved by our managers to make the information as accessible as possible.
If the information on our website or in the documentation is insufficient for you, please specify this in the support portal. We will definitely provide the missing details and, if necessary, update our documentation.
As for the wait time, our support agents typically respond within 2 business days. We are not currently observing any general delays. Could you please provide the Ticket ID where you experienced a delay? We will conduct an internal investigation to see what happened.

⭐ 1 Star (they do not even deserve it)
After the most recent update, my entire course layout broke. I am now seeing PHP preg_match() errors, my custom CSS stopped loading, and the whole design is completely misaligned. This update caused major issues that ruined the usability and appearance of my website.
I originally purchased the lifetime licence because I believed this would be a stable, long-term solution for my online academy. Unfortunately, it has been nothing but problems. The MasterStudy theme I tried before was extremely heavy and slowed my site down drastically — overloaded with drag-and-drop widgets and excessive JavaScript that destroys performance. I eventually had to switch to Kadence, which is much lighter, faster, and far more reliable.
Their widgets are poorly coded, full of bugs, and completely break responsiveness. The plugin is also very limited if you want to customise anything properly. Each update introduces new issues instead of fixing old ones.
Their customer support is painfully slow and unhelpful. I shared my experience in their official Facebook community after the update, and another user commented strongly agreeing and sharing similar issues — their comment was deleted. That says a lot about how they handle criticism and user feedback.
You are honestly better off fixing their mistakes yourself or using AI tools to code rather than wasting time with their incompetent support team.
I do not recommend this plugin to anyone unless you are highly tech-savvy and ready to repair their bugs on your own. For anyone running a professional website or online academy, this will waste your time and damage your design.
In short: bug after bug, slow support, heavy, unstable, and unreliable.
