I went to Style lounge, Crystal Peaks as a treat, it cost £217 what a nightmare, they ruined my hair as it was not the colour I chose, my skin turned red on my head, my face, they scalded my head, they dyed the clothes I was wearing including my under ware, it was shocking, , I was wet through after at least 12 washes trying to sort the colour of my hair and skin, the language one of the stylists was using whilst I was waiting for my appointment was disgusting , the only thing they got right was the cut, but you could get a cut anywhere for less than £50, so avoid this place , give it a wide birth if you go to crystal peaks I will be doing the same
