Worst online shopping experience, the customer service is really rude, my order was delivered to wrong address and shipping company has confirmed that they asked me to contact StyleKorea and report it so I get my money back but they did not care. Untrusted

Horrible! You first think that they have good deals and products are rather cheap! But dont forget you will pay VAT when your order arrrives which like 25$ if you have an order around 70-80$. PLUS they often do not ship promised bundles/1$ gifts that they promise if you buy this or that lol. So for example they recently had a bundle for Medicube age pro booster device + 30$ cream goes for free if you purchased the device. Guess what? They didn’t deliver the cream which made the device actually much more expensive than on competitors websites. And what do they offer in return? 1 dollar coupon to you account xd avoid this website.

I have placed and received 3 orders so far with StyleKorean. All arrived a little sooner than expected, in perfect condition and exactly what I had ordered.

The prices of the beauty boxes and timed deals are absolutely incredible. Great quality, practical & highly usable products are included in these offers.

Sometimes, when such a promotion has been big, there can be a few days wait until orders are posted. I really don't mind this at all. The offers are so popular because the value is exceptional. As my orders are £60 or over I currently get free p&p anyway, which is DHL Express. Great, fast international courier service.

I'm 100% delighted with both the skincare products I have received and StyleKorean's service.

Placed an order for $250 8 days ago and it still hasn't been shipped. When I tried to cancel the order, the system told me they can't because it's out for delivery already. They just fool you and keep your money, don't believe the good reviews, they are all bought.

Sold and shipped goods to the UK which are clearly banned in the UK (ridiculously, due to being a choking hazard). Never responded to my messages to helpdesk.

The prices are great, the delivery is quick. A few times I had changed my mind on items soon after ordering, and the customer service replied quickly and changed the order as I requested. It's always nice when the customer service is not a bot, and they actually listen to what you're saying.

Since last year I made 3 orders, and now I have 2 more on the way thanks to the 10th anniversary promotions. The influencer and StyleKorean boxes are especially great. Everything arrives in good condition and with DHL it arrives quick.

The only thing I would say, but that isn't the fault of StyleKorean, is that due to import taxes and processing, I can rarely take advantage of the bigger discount codes since I have to stay under the limit (if I go over ~76 USD I have to pay ~30 USD in import duties). So be mindful and check the regulations of your country in advance.

I made 2 large orders and everything was ok and happy with my purchases but on the third one I made a few days ago I had 2 products missing, I sent a message to customer service and they answered me like: if that product has x pieces or is still available ... as if they didn't read or understand the message. Finally they told me we'll give you 2 dlls cash as compensation if you accept. It happened because You can't buy more than 2 products per category and I was like: what? $2 cash for products of $4.5 each?

After reading the reviews from this website, I was afraid to order, but decided to take the risk. I placed an order for the minimum for free shipping amount (60 USD), and after applying all the promo codes, it turned out to be 48 euros. I ordered to Germany, so I knew about the additional payments, but I didn't know exactly how much they would be. The order was delivered exactly one week after the order was placed (March 5th - March 13th). I had to pay the import VAT - about 12 euros, and DHL also charged 12.5 euros (+2 euros VAT) for its customs clearance services.

Wasted almost an hour just to try and the Beautwithin box.
I was not aware of this website before and it’s safe to say that I will not be coming back. All I can say is that this is a shit website. Tried logging in almost 30 times. You can keep your time deals, I will stick with my Stylevana thank you!

Purchases from Italy are strongly not recommended! While other European countries such as France and Germany have free shipping over 60 dollars, when purchasing from Italy you ALWAYS pay shipping costs with DHL which has absurd rates (very high, minimum 30 dollars) to which customs duties must be added before delivery depending on the order (30-60 euros), practically IT IS NEVER CONVENIENT TO BUY IN THIS SHOP.

I lost $100 i transfer money don't receive goods they saying you can't do payment from gateway it's a scam they don't have any stock just use money our waste for time don't buy from them anything

It has been almost 3 weeks since I reported my package non-delivered due to carrier error. I provided the. see number and the phone number of the manager who agreed. AND MY REFUND IS STILL NOT PROCESSED!!!

I will never buy from them again and will actively discourage others from patronizing the site.

Their customer service is THE WORST!!!!
That Age-R device I bought from them literally started malfunctioning within just 2 months, its comes with 12 months warranty but they refuse the replace it blaming on my skin condition!! I used it for almost 2 months so I know each mode, each level and strength, what level I can tolerate and how it feels on my skin.
It’s almost impossible to get any response from them, emailed them as well but no response. Finally got a response in online Q&A and according to them it’s not the device but my skin condition and strength when the device isn’t even vibrating like it used to and it should! How ridiculous!!
They refused and now isn’t even responding.

If you're an influencer please avoid StyleKorean especially a woman called Bela.

StyleKorean expects influencers to post videos by showing their faces with no form of payment. A lot of the time they ask ambassadors to use their videos without paying them.

Avoid if you're an influencer.

I was worried after reading soo many negative reviews of the website, and I almost wanted to cancel my order, but after ordering my first skincare advent calendar the product arrived amazingly, I'm unable to describe how happy I was to receive real Korean skincare products, since I already had many before so I could compare, overall amazing, I'm really happyyy

Noah is rude and arrogant. He wasn’t willing to answer my questions and he sounded fed up with his job. Super unprofessional and very disappointing experience with StyleKorean.

Though their site has not the best design and ux, the actual catalog is one of the best on the market.
I love the deals and availability of some products. Never actually received a product with expiration date less then a year, I have some that are actually up to 2027, so it's not some old stuff waiting to be sold.
Once again, they can definitely work on their site and app, but it's awesome nonetheless

I was their regular customer. but on the latest order they sent me broken product. it was 26 usd and when i texted them they offered my 1 store point which is 1$. they lost me forever tbh

A bad company. You cannot order more than one piece from them for one product. I also did not like their site or its design, and I cannot ship the products to my country.
