Only received the product after opening a dispute with my credit card. The product is terrible. You have to place hair into the brush part and it only takes a bit of hair at a time. No instructions provided.

I placed an order with Style Flex Pro on 10th March and to date, no product has been delivered. I’ve sent multiple emails and also tried reaching out through their website contact form, but there’s been zero response. It’s incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

This is a scam. Ordered in January and had to chase them up in late Feb. My order arrived in Mid March and it is NOT what they advertise. The product received is called a Straight Comb and is absolutely useless. It barely works at all.

I had the same experience as Kim. A cheap alternative was sent that doesn’t look like what they advertise which now I realise is just a picture of the Tymo styler without the logo. They don’t respond to emails or messages. I’m so gutted I didn’t do more research.

The product I received is a cheap, hardly even a copy of what is described in the advert.

It's got no branding - it's called a "Straight Comb"
The power connection is static, doesn't rotate like the advert, making it very difficult to use. The power cable is also barely 1m long, so when plugged into socket, it is very difficult to use.
Shocking that they think they can advertise a product and provide something totally different.
