Do not purchase from this company. I purchased a sideboard with 10 days delivery time. After 2 weeks, I called to which a new delivery date was given. The date passed by - no communication. I attempted to contact them by telephone several times and email with no response. Eventually after 2 months my sideboard was delivered. Non existent communication and over promised.

Scam artists. Spent €300, received periodic updates that delivery date would be delayed, item never arrived. Customer service lied to me and refused to issue a refund. Threatened to report them to Verbraucherschutz Zentrale and the owner called me personally to try and trick me into changing my mind. Told him he’s clearly running a scam and this will be reported to authorities. Never received the refund he promised, had to force one via PayPal. An absolute shitshow. Do not give these scammers a single cent of your money!

I ordered a table in March, which was supposed to be delivered in 10 days. The table was not delivered, nor there is a possibility to track the order. I contacted the customer care via email but still no answer (they promise to respond to customer enquiries within 3 days and it has now been over 10 days). Called them many times and they always tried to gain time (e.g. by saying that the delivery was expected in the next 2 weeks and that they would ask a colleague to send me the tracking number). After over 2 months with no table nor refund, I activated the procedure to receive the refund through PayPal.
