I made a purchase from this website, and the delivery cost is a whopping 36 euros! However, I still haven't received my package, and they don't respond to messages unless one leaves a comment warning others on their Instagram profile. Even then, their response seems generic, likely just to buy time. There's absolutely no customer service, and right now, I'm just hoping by some stroke of luck to receive my package. Be cautious about shopping there; I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!"
