size chart isn't correct at all. The ordered shirts were smaller than stated. Return address is in Lithuania !!! shipping on return is at own cost, 13 euro's from the Netherlands. No promised exchange for a larger size, but an instant refund. That means if you want another size, order en pay shippingcosts again, scam, NEVER again !!!! The whole process from order to refund took a month...

The size chart provided on each product page reflects the actual measurements of the items. We kindly remind that T-shirts should be measured properly laid flat and straightened, as this ensures accurate comparison with the chart.

We also want to emphasize that size exchanges with us are free of charge on our side – meaning we do not require the customer to pay again for shipping the replacement item from our warehouse.

It is true that return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, which is standard practice. Our central logistics warehouse is located in Lithuania, as correctly mentioned. From there, we distribute orders across Europe. Given that we serve many customers across Northern Europe, this location allows us to operate efficiently and deliver consistently.

Regarding your case, a refund was processed promptly after the return procedure was completed, in line with our policy.

warning about this store - stay far away!

This is an absolute disaster and a complete mockery of the customer.
The order was placed on December 10th, intended as Christmas gifts, and arrived after 37 days. Thirty-seven. This wasn’t a shipment from the Moon, just an online store that clearly has no control over anything.

As if that wasn’t enough, one out of three ordered items was missing from the package. After more than 5 weeks of waiting, I received an incomplete order, with no information, no explanation, no apology. Zero responsibility.

The quality of the items that did arrive is another slap in the face. The products are genuinely poor quality, clearly cheap mass-produced imports from China, not the “German products” the store claims to sell. The only item that arrived is without any internal label at all, which speaks for itself. This feels like deliberately misleading customers.

This store is a combination of extreme incompetence, chaos, and complete lack of respect for customers. Ruined holidays, wasted time, wasted nerves, and a strong feeling that I was simply deceived.
If you value your time, money, and mental health — stay far away.

Our European warehouse experienced temporary slowdowns due to public holidays and increased seasonal volume, which unfortunately extended delivery times beyond the usual standard. We sincerely apologise for this delay.

Regarding the missing item: in some cases, orders are shipped in separate packages, as items may depart from different warehouse locations. This is a common logistics practice, and the remaining item was dispatched in a separate shipment. In such situations, we always recommend first checking how many parcels were sent before assuming an order is incomplete.

As for product quality, we respectfully disagree with the characterization provided. As can be seen from many other customer reviews, quality is one of our most frequently praised strengths. Our products are designed and produced according to European standards, and the absence of an internal label does not indicate inferior quality but rather reflects our minimalist production approach, which complies with EU regulations.

We would also like to note that we were not contacted prior to this review regarding quality concerns, missing items, or a request for support. We are always willing to assist, explain, or resolve issues directly, and many situations can be clarified quickly when communication takes place.

On top of that, customs taxes and fees were not paid, which resulted in unexpected extra charges.

Regarding delivery delays: during the Christmas period, shipment volumes increased by more than 10×, which did unfortunately cause delays. We fully acknowledge this and take responsibility for the longer delivery times during that exceptional period.

As for customs taxes and fees: all our orders are shipped from within the European Union. If a delivery is made outside the EU, import duties and taxes may apply according to the destination country’s regulations. This is standard international practice and, regrettably, outside of our control.

Fab Porsche 911 T Shirt

I ordered a Porsche 911 TShirt for my husbands as part of his Christmas presents. It was just after the Black Friday sales so did take a wee while to arrive. During the weeks following the order I contacted Strutthaus directly and got a very speedy and helpful response.
Thankfully it arrived in time for Christmas and my husband and I were delighted with the quality and fit of the T shirt. I would happily order from this company again.

Rubish

Rubish! Cheap quality products! Waste of money! I have waited 4 weeks for the products to arrive. One jumper, one hat and a cup. They all coming from Lithuania. It has nothing to do with “german engineering “. The products are very cheap and bad quality. Not even cotton but cheap polyester stuff. Products from Shein highly overpriced. They even don’t have a label to see what kind of materials are made from. To return the products you need to send them an email and wait, because they don’t have an address or phone number. Is stated only Stuttgart, Germany, but all products are made in China and coming from Lithuania by post and takes forever.
I didn’t contact them for a return and I won’t do it as more likely they will not send me back the money. I have seen before this type of business.
So don’t even bother to buy products from this fake-AI generated page.
You’ll regret it!

You have never reached out to request a return or refund, so it’s impossible to judge how we would have handled it — we always process returns quickly and transparently, and thousands of customers can confirm that.

Regarding logistics:
Our operational warehouse is located in Lithuania because it allows us to serve customers across the EU and Northern Europe efficiently — especially as we ship a large volume to Scandinavian countries. This is clearly stated, and it’s a normal setup for many European brands. Our brand identity is inspired by German automotive culture, but fulfillment is handled from our EU logistics centre.

As for product quality:
If any item doesn’t meet expectations, we always encourage customers to contact us so we can assist or organise a return. Without communication from you, we unfortunately had no opportunity to resolve anything.

Price/quality is good on the Porsche inspired items. Great designs and nice attention to detail - e.g. the steel binders for the tags and the printed neck label instead of a sewed-in with the risk of scratching.
Delivery time a bit long (Denmark), but quick and good response from customer service.
Advice: Keep good distance to the original brands in your designs to avoid trouble. Your designs are good enough to tand alone👍
