its a scam and lier website they said if someone unlocked your doc you will earn 100$, I've uploaded a lot of documents and my friend unlock one and i didnit earn anything they are just liers and we lost 50$ because of that,

My daughter signed up to try it out, and after she realized she didn't want to use the service she forgot to cancel. So, ok, that's our fault. I have no problem being charged for that. Then I noticed the recurring charges and wanted to cancel the subscription, which we were able to do on the website. My issue is that I wanted to talk or chat with customer service to request that the most recent charge be refunded since it was just charged a day or two before. We hadn't been using the service even though we paid for 3 months. So, I hoped maybe they would give me a courtesy on this last payment seeing as they got 3 months worth of payments for my daughter to ask one question. This company makes it impossible to communicate with anyone in customer service/billing. There is no phone number. I know many companies don't want to deal with phone calls. Of course, the better, more reputable and ethical companies do have a phone number. And, if you're not going to have a phone numbers, your chat or email responsiveness needs to be good. Unfortunately, Studypool has not responded to my chat for several days. I guess I'll try email. But, this is shady.

As a tutor, the some individuals in the support team are scammers. They use your Money and when you try to access or claim it,, they accuse you of conducting fraudulent activities and they can't release your funds. If you ask for evidence, they have the audacity to say that they don't have access to evidence.

Experienced one of the worst experiences from its tutor🤬

My account was banned for two days and I couldn't access their customer service. Finally found an email to email them. I decided I was going to dispute the charge on my credit card since my account was banned. Got an email a day after saying I was banned for life now. Reached out to customer service again and they said "Your IP being banned was the escalated issue to be reviewed and resolved." However they never told me this or anything until after the fact. I told them if they would have sent an email explaining this I probably wouldn't have disputed the charge.
Be careful when signing up for a subscription.

Forces you to "automatch" with scamming tutors who have no specific experience with assignment if you request it under 24 hours regardless of how high you put for budget. You get people claiming to be from "Harvard University" with broken English who have no clue how to do the assignments; I have experienced this 5/5 times. Then, if you refund you can only get back the money to the Studypool balance, not to your bank account.

I've uploaded 400+ maths documents on this RUBBISH website! One of my friend unlocked some of my documents but they still didn't pay me any single $!

Sadly, I've wasted my precious time scanning my study materials and making pdf for this SCAMMMMM website!
