The set up of the biology class was great and allowed for an easy learning experience.

Study.com was the best decision I could have made regarding studying for my Praxis exams. I was able to repeat study difficult areas with videos and take many practice exams before I took the Praxis. I studied for 3 months very part time and passed all my core exams on the first try. They have great videos, examples, and tests to make your experience a success.

I did receive a quick response and solution to an issue I had. Even prior, I really enjoyed the app. Thank you.

I like the concepts' explanation and the practice tests with the answers and explanations.

The layout and organization for learning is top tier. I was able to adjust my learning style easily.

I used Study.com for 3 of my 5 exams for NYSTCE. I passed all of them on my first try. I used Study.com for the Cst multi-subject part 1, and 2, and the Students with disabilities exams. I passed all of them over the passing score of 520.

The learning modules were easy to understand and kept my attention.

I have no complaints- had a good experience and recommend it.

Seriously worth every penny! I have been using this to study for my CBEST, CSET, and my RICA. I have yet to fail a test (so far only did cbest). I would recommend this to anyone who has a hard time doing only written content since this also has short video clips for learning.

I have been dealing with issues the entire time. I’ve had to deal with AI responding to my questions and never getting to an actual person. None of my questions have been answered. Big waste of money

If the study platform list the lessons chapter by chapter would be great, by doing so students can learn just like school textbooks.

I used study.com to study for my national counselor examination. And guess what!? I PASSED on the first try! Study.com set up the information I needed to know in a way that worked for me. You can choose which sections you want to focus on and watch videos that break down the info. You can take quizzes after each video or text and can take a final exam which shows you how you score in each area. It was so helpful and I am so glad I used it!

I learned a lot. The lessons were easy to follow and undead if you need additional help on concepts there is help available. Great program!

I'm not sure that I have disliked a company more.

As an edt3ch company they need to have WAY WAY WAY better human support. I have reached out to support with no response. It takes weeks to get your proctored exam back.

The technology has issues such as if you are taking a course and the use a video from another course it doesn't always take you back to the course you are taking and so you continue to do videos within another course until you catch it. It costs me hours of work until I figured out what was going on.

Additionally, their verbiage is off and the questions they ask are not always logical so if you have a learning disability you will struggle.

They have a lot of grammar errors as well in their flashcards.

There system is not intuitive or easy to navigate either.

All in all the company needs a lot of work and need to be more customer centric. Education is already demanding and study.com needs to make sure they are not adding more friction.

Three stars due to I can't get no one on the phone 😒 I paid my bill with PayPal and I showed my receipt proving u paid my bill to them with their email and phone number on the receipt I still can't get into my account one person reached out by email saying they can't find my account by my email and no one else reached out I can't see how people use this website for school because they are not available when you have a problem that need to be fixed I'm not sure if I'm coming back to this but they have a lot of information for nursing

It was quick and easy to get through coursework and testing to transfer credits.
