It scams people into subscriptions and uses these illegitimate means to defraud people of money.
They refuse to refund even though they can see your account was never accessed.

Edit to respond to below: “ Our refund policy is in place in order to accommodate cases like yours and we are always happy to offer a refund when a subscription has not been used, if applicable.”
This is a lie!! I have contacted you explicitly stating my account has not been used, nor active since the day I signed up and you still refused a refund. You business model is to trap people into the subscription fees.
Honestly avoid this dishonest service!
