I contacted their support for a refund but it’s just total silence from their end. I can say more about the material but I’m going to hold off for now.

Ironically enough I ordered some educational materials from Studio Guti based on seeing the trust pilot logo at the bottom of the page and their guarantee of satisfaction or money back.
I was disappointed with the materials and emailed, to which they offered more but after I asked for a refund it was total silence. I am not stopping payment on my credit card to resolve their lie of a money back guarantee.
They have a trust pilot logo at the bottom of their page with a false score, trust pilot should probably do something about that lest more people get tricked based on the trust in trustpilot.
