One of the few retailers selling the Samson S-Patch patchbay rack - I already have one Samson rack and wanted to add more for additional routing flexibility. Ordering process was easy and free shipping on the order. The order was delivered promptly the following day by DPD at the agreed time and arrived well packaged and undamaged. Overall very good service from start to finish and will be using StudioCare again.

Original order was faulty but SC sorted the issue & got a replacement out to me in good time with no queries.

Ordered twice and both have been smooth and without issue. The first time, the sales person physically went to check they had stock of an item to ensure we received it even after next day deadline.

They are knowledgeable and very competitive on prices. A win win all round.

Studiocare is always good but I couldn't purchase my whole order. I had found an item I was looking for elsewhere slightly cheaper I emailed customer services a few times over the week to try get a price match since I prefer buying from studiocare since they have a points scheme, reliable and safe delivery. I didn't receive any reply from the sales email address so I only bought half my order and bought the other half elsewhere.
