Excellent customer service. I was looking for a grasscloth wallpaper and ordered a sample, which arrived the very next day. Thank you for your help.
Ordered samples a month ago and still haven't received them. Accepted that they wouldn't have been able to despatch over Christmas but they have not had since the 5th Jan and still nothing. Have emailed them and no response.
