I have ordered a product online and preliminary checked the rules if I could return it. The delivery time was 2-3 months, which is quite usual for the Netherlands. So, I didn’t pay attention. When the product was delivered I realized that it doesn’t
fit. So, I would like to return. I have been answered that this is impossible as the product was customized. Apparently, if the product is not a stock item, it is considered as customized and cannot be returned. As a note, I didn’t make any customization of the size or colour. I just ordered the product as it was proposed on the web-site. I think that conditions and rules might be provided in a clearer manner.
