Ordered the grey alien mask, what turned up was nothing like the advert, Chinese scam, don't order anything from this company.

I wish I had read these reviews before buying from these scammers. Ordered a pennywise costume and mask on the 10th of October, for Halloween event. Nothing arrived in time. Email more times than I should have with no response. It did finally arrive on the 13th of November. The costume was cheep rubbish and as for the mask, it was nothing like what they depicted in the images on there scam site.

Useless service no communication, no reply to emails, Terrible delivery time..
The quality is terrible ..
I paid £130 hard earned British pounds for a mask and a two piece Jester costume you could probably get in pound land ..
The quality for money spent is horrendous..
I I could advise everyone and everyone not to buy from this seller ..

If i could give zero stars if would ... terrible delivery, disgusting quality, paid over £100 for a poundshop mask. Will only refund if I send back at my costs, address only given in Chinese, they know exactly what there doing to swerve PayPal rules etc .... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, however they'd have changed name and company by now

The business is a sham - they do not deliver on time and they have sent the wrong items without - false advertising and do not represent the customers request

Ordered old man mask 3 weeks ago. First 2 days i was able to track it but now there's nothing. The tracking section on their website doesn't work anymore among many other sections. Seems like this whole company is a scam and this website created cheap and fast just before people start thinking about getting a halloween costume. Please do not fall for it as few of us have. Save your money and do not send anymore to these criminals.

Because you can’t choose 0 stars. They use face reviews. The pics of the masks are not the one s they send and 💯 refund ? You have to return to their china depo and pay for the postage

This place is a total rip off. I ordered a joker mask and ordered it in plenty of time for Halloween. Received zero updates on tracking info. My mask came after Halloween and is the cheapest mask I have ever seen. I could have did better at Walmart. The mask is 100% nothing like the pictures and is so cheap!

SCAM. Do not order from this site. Never received my order and can not get in contact with them. Money lost…

These people are scammers! I paid for products and never received the goods! They would even answer my emails! Do not go near these people

Mask was nothing like the pictures on the website, neither was the body suit.

Terrible comparisons. Didnt match expectations what-so-ever.. cant even wear the mask as its too small and not 'one size fits all'.

Do not buy anything from these people. Plus they are in germany but the stuff shipped is from China. I highly doubt they do anything in relation to making the items at all.

Total scam... I ordered the old man mask and it was just a badly painted mask with a painted on goatee. The alien was horrible to not even close to whats on their website.. If I could upload a photo I would.

Costume never arrived. No one responded to me. Dont use this company. Can't trust them. Scam.
