Studio About Reviews 

I ordered glassware from Studio About and received completely wrong products. After multiple emails back and forth, a courier showed up unannounced to collect the incorrect items with zero prior notice. I refused to hand anything over as I had received no instructions.
Weeks later, I still have not received the correct items I paid for, and my last messages have gone completely unanswered.
The customer service started out responsive but has since gone silent at the most critical point when an actual resolution was needed. I would not recommend purchasing from them if you expect accountability when something goes wrong.

I ordered the Flex Tube light which stopped working as soon as I installed it (coiled it around a stick). To be more precise, half of it still works, half only works when straightened? Bizzarre. Also the cable is soooo long! I haven't gotten any feedback from their customer support so I don't see how I could give more than 2/5 stars. Only reason why it isn't 1/5 is because the shipping was prompt.
