This is my first time to use this company. I find the price is very reasonable. The website is easy to use. I highly recommend this company to my friends and family.

Unfortunately after an initial flight cancellation, Student Universe was unable to get us a return flight home within 28 days, meaning we were going to be stranded for 28 days. They refused to sort out alternative flights and are honestly the worst agency I have ever come across. We had to independently book flights home directly through the airlines webpage, as we couldnt afford hotel accommmodation and expenses for 28 days, however all up it cost us an extra $10,000 to get home because of Student Universe. We refuse to use them and when I am asked if they're trustworthy, the answer is always NO.

Prices of flights are very cheap and company is maintaining this site very well. The site working quite speed.

Booking is made so easy and they offer a good range of airlines and fare options that are usually significantly cheaper than booking elsewhere.

It was easy to book and the offers where great. I confirmed with the airline price vs student universe price and as a student, I was definitely saving.

I had a question about cancellations and got a response within a few hours which was very helpful!

I was really impressed with the service. Especially when I had to reach customer care for a thing or two, they were very responsive and very easily available. The discounts are also a steal!

I had a horrible experience from airport staff and contacted studentuniverse but they were unresponsive. I tried contacting them multiple times. I contacted my bank and the airlines directly who gave me the refund for $1700 for the inconvenience. But these crazy people, not only did they rebilled my account after4 MONTHS with $1700 again, even after telling all the details what happened, they as a merchant straightaway lied to the airlines to finally rebilling the amount from my card again. This is the worst website you could choose for getting $10 bucks of discount and then you’re going to suffer later and you could never expect any help from them. Studentuniverse are very active only when it comes to sucking money out of your pocket. They told the airlines I cancelled the ticket, but in reality I was talking about the one way ticket where i experienced this whole situation, not during the return ticket which I cancelled later. (For which I never received the refund btw) I would never ever recommend anybody to book from this website it’s a total scam they don’t care about the passengers at all!!!
