Yell at them to make them do their jobs. My WiFi had been horrible for months before I called for help. After 7 weeks of me constantly calling and trying to follow up, I finally snapped and yelled at them. They resolved it in like a week. Didn’t need 7. Just a few days. So basically they were waiting for me to forget about it so they wouldn’t have to do their jobs. Seriously, just yell from the start. If I did, I probably wouldn’t have wasted so much time. They had so many ways to help me after the yelling. They can boost the speed, reboot everything, give you a hidden network, or install a hotspot in your room. So they were just lazy.
