I was sceptical about using this site because of the negative reviews. I bought 2 tickets for the Merseyside derby that were very expensive. The communication between stub hub and the 3rd party seller with myself was very good. Tickets were downloaded onto my Google wallet within 24 hours and had no issues gaining access to the stadium. Great service no complaints.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

I bought tickets to arsenal vs kairat and they were fake tickets! I travelled all the way to the stadium only to be told they were fake and it was a long exhausting process to get my money back. Stupidly i didnt read the reviews before buying so do not trust this website! I have tried footballticketpad and got a legit arsenal ticket but they are more expensive and probablt because they give real tickets.

The seats for this football match were nothing like the seats you guys had sold us. Never again

We bought tickets for Chelsea v Aston Villa on December 27th. The tickets were supposed to be sent by email. The seller asked us for our personal phone number for delivery (a direct violation of StubHub policy). When we refused, the seller insisted we provide our phone number, but never gave a reason why. Instead of intervening, StubHub support told us to give in to the seller’s demands and did nothing to stop the seller's inappropriate and harassing messages. Tickets were finally sent 15 mins before the match via email. They were for a different, inferior section (standing room only) than the seats we paid for. The seller claimed email delivery was "impossible," yet we received email tickets for a different match via StubHub just days later. We were unable to attend the Chelsea/Aston Villa match and are out of pocket for a premium experience we never received. StubHub protects disreputable sellers and offers no support to customers. Never using this service again.

We purchased tickets for the 12/30/2025 Arsenal v Villa game. We received the tickets with a lot of information and they appeared legitimate. When we got to the venue, they did not work. We were not the only fans who were denied entry because of stubhub ie fake tickets. They completely lack customer service support. There were so many disapointed fans outside the stadium with fake sub hub tickets. Do not use this site. It is a scam.

Was not clear that the tickets I bought were for away fans. As a home fan, the tickets are unusable. StubHub is refusing to do anything about it. Trying to sell them on at a loss now. An expensive but valuable lesson.

StubHub International sold me tickets for the Las Vegas GP in Section 110, a section that DOES NOT EXIST. I was denied entry and stranded at the gate. Because their support was closed/unresponsive, I had to buy replacement tickets myself at the venue ($2,100+) to attend the event I traveled for. They refunded the original fake ticket but REFUSE to compensate the $849 difference I had to pay because of their gross negligence. They admit the error but hide behind "company policy" to avoid liability. Avoid at all costs. If something goes wrong, you will pay out of pocket.

Pure scam. Before the concert on 10/28/2025, I ordered a refund for the order number 601822698 due to the fact that the tickets ordered never arrived. In the letter from your service, I was informed that the funds would be returned within 5-8 days. As of now, I have not received anything. When will I receive my funds?

Don’t buy from this website got scammed for the Chelsea - Sunderland game arrived at the bridge and apparently the tickets where already in use… came all the way from belgium…

Selected specifically 3 tickets together for Monaco v Tottenham. The tickets were in fact not together and were secured by 2 separate operatives of Stubhub. The stadium entry system had blocked the 3rd ticket as it was obvious that they were from a reseller. At the ticket office the stadium staff confirmed stubhub are not an authorised reseller and that the ticket was invalid

I had been in contact with StubHub’s support several times to make absolutely sure that my ticket listing was done correctly. Each time, I was told that everything was fine and that I didn’t need to do anything else.

Then, just two days before the event, StubHub suddenly cancelled my sale — claiming there was an issue with the ticket restrictions — and on top of that, they charged me a penalty fee of £222.12.

This is completely unacceptable. I did everything in good faith and followed the instructions I was given by their own support team. If their information was incorrect, that’s their responsibility, not mine.

The way this was handled shows a lack of accountability and poor customer service. I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious when selling through StubHub International — even if you do everything right, you might still end up punished for their own mistakes.

I cant relate to the others that were scammed, but I think it can be true. Maybe it depends on who you get in contact with at stubhub. I got my tickets and was able to enter a champions league game at Stamford bridge.
I was only provided with a link to the tickets directly with no other rights to do anything with the ticket.
Stubhub could easely resell the same ticket and give the same link to others. Even though I was one of the lucky ones I cant see myself trusting them in the near future.

I was sold tickets for an event that were not even on sale yet and nowhere on the site was this disclosed. I paid a markup of 230% after the fees, and StubHub does not provide refunds, only letting you re-sell the tickets. When you re-sell the tickets, they get to add additional feels to the tickets being sold, so they keep winning. They hide behind fine print that states that "we cannot promise the legality of the tickets being sold". They'll claim to refund you if the tickets do turn out to be fraudulent, but by that time you're probably at the event, and what should be a fun experience is just a miserable one.

Stubhub does not provide support for sending tickets, the site simply does not accept the sending of tickets and no one can solve the problem, buyers will be left without their tickets, as the site also does not provide the email address of the buyers, so that I can send the tickets.

We had two tickets for the game between Hamburger SV and St. Pauli in the German Bundesliga - tickets worth 178€, but paid 553€ as this was a present for my father.
When arriving to the stadium our tickets were blocked and at the ticket office onsite they informed me someone else had entered with the same tickets just 20-30 minutes before we arrived. We were there almost 2 hours before the game to start, so it seemed like someone knew they had to be there when the gates opened.
We went from Copenhagen in Denmark, and had booked a hotel in Hamburg - so had other costs to cover, not just the tickets.

Still haven’t heard anything from Stubhub.
I would not recommend anyone to buy from this platform!

I would like to thank Eva at Stubhub international for an absolutely fantastic service. Good customer service with quick responses and good solutions when the technology was not entirely on my side. Had a good experience as a customer at stubhub both as a seller and buyer.

I must admit, I was in a panic after seeing the other reviews of this platform (after purchasing). I recently went to the Westham vs Lille friendly and the tickets worked fine and the seats were as described. Can’t complain and received the tickets a few days before the game.

Very poor service overall. Communication was unhelpful, and the process caused unnecessary stress. I would not recommend and suggest staying away.
