This business is an absolute nightmare…

This business is an absolute nightmare to interact with.

They blatantly over charge you in the wrong currency, agree to refund you after several hours on the phone and then you never get the refund.

I would not ever buy a ticket through them again if you paid me.

Just don't do it - you'll regret it big time!!

On Broadway. My tickets didn't arrive online. Customer service was completely useless. Didn't give me new tickets or a refund and no timetable for their "investigation"

This has been the worst experience with…

This has been the worst experience with a reseller vendor. They were not helpful when I called about cancelled events and refund requests. I spent over $400 on an event that isn’t happening, and they refused to issue a refund. I called twice (on 8/15 and 8/20), and both calls were unhelpful.

This site Ripped me and my 7 year old…

This site Ripped me and my 7 year old son off. We flew from Tulsa, Ok to Nashville, Tenn to an event. Once we got there tickets and site were not available. The site stated for the next 2 hours upon arrival at the event to shut down and try again later. I called the 1800 number and was on hold for an hour and 20 minutes standing outside the venue with a 7 year old driving me nuts. The show was going to start in another 5 minutes so I waved the white flag and and purchased less desirable tickets. We were forced to obtain less desirable tickets and of course spend more money to get in. The site says not responsible. I will see what the better business bureau has to say about this.

Stay away from Stub.com!

Stay away from Stub.com! (aka: mytickettracker.com) I learned a lesson the hard way: I lost over $500 on bogus tickets! Was turned away at the door of Radio City Music Hall because someone else had entered with same ticket numbers. I immediately called Stub.com's "customer service" who told me to get a written statement from Radio City that I was denied entry, in order to fulfill the requirements of their "100% refund" policy. Radio City (Madison Square Garden) will NOT help you if you bought tickets from anybody but ticketmaster. So 100% guarantee is useless! People on the phone know this and probably laugh at you going through hoops trying to get a denial letter. Now I have to fight with my credit card company. I promised Stub.com further action if they didn't answer my emails, so here I am. Beware! Use another ticket vendor and save yourself the aggravation.

Extremely unprofessional. Paid for a ticket and they did not deliver.

I paid for a ticket for a Dave Matthews and Tim Reynolds show. I checked my bank statement and they said that the tickets had been redacted. I went from spending $125.00 for a ticket to $189.00 for the same ticket. It was GA in the lawn so it literally was the same ticket. When I called about the issue they did not offer a solution and kept repeating that they could not do anything and that it was just policy. No customer service was offered.
