Great After Care Service
It's not often that one encounters the high level of after sales service provided by Stewart Frazer kitchens. After moving into a newly built house, I encountered significant problems with my extractor fan / hob combination. Stuart Frazer and their suppliers Miro made multiple attempts to resolve the issue without success - including the fitting of a replacement extractor. Eventually, Frazers decided that the only way to resolve the issue was to replace the units entirely and as a consequence, they also needed to replace the quartz top on the kitchen island. For the majority of the work, the project was coordinated by Martin Sedgewick who demonstrated customer focus and a can do attitude throughout. I'm sure that you can imagine the months of frustration my wife and I experienced while waiting for the problems of our new home to be resolved. The fact that I am writing this review is a tribute tho the quality of the after care service which we ultimately received from Martin and his team. I would have no hesitation in doing business with Stuart Frazer again.
