Game changer
I followed the instructions for the soles and admit I was sceptical. After a week I’m so relieved by the absence of foot pain I cannot thank you enough Stryda. I walk all day for work and this a game changer. .

TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE
Suffering fron plantar fasciatis is no joke. The pain wakes me up in the middle of the night and that's when I came across Thien's reel about his invention Stryda insoles. In desperation, I ordered two pairs deal with free shipping which I believe is more value for money. I told myself, might as well give it a try and if it doesn't work at least I've tried. To my surprise, the first time I wore it, it's like walking on cloud 9. The way the insoles fit on the arch of my feet are perfect and it gave me instant relief. I'm now on my way to a month holiday of touring Europe and I'm taking them with me to hopefully help me enjoy this trip with less pain on my feet. The only concern I have is these insoles only fit on sneakers or running shoes which are not always looking stylish or fasionable when wearing a dress or office attire. THIEN, THIS IS YOUR CUE TO EXPAND YOUR HORIZON AND INVENT AN INSOLES FOR LADIES FLAT SHOES AND BALLETS.

By golly, they worked!
After suffering with debilitating heel and hip pain for 12 months, it was only getting worse. I was walking everywhere with a painful limp and getting up from bed or a chair was something I would have preferred not to do due to the terrible sharp stabbing feeling and intense ache.
After stalking the stryda inner soles for months I finally brought a pair. In the first week they made my feet feel much worse and I thought I'd made a terrible mistake but I persevered and midway through the second week of wearing them i noticed that I wasn't as sore. By the end of the second week I was repeatedly telling my family how amazing my feet were feeling, I was striding about confidently with no limp or heel pain or even hip pain! Getting up during the night or in the morning was no longer the agony I had become used to. I still have energy at the end of a long day at work on my feet.
For me, they work! It may not happen over night, but it will...work with perseverance.

Life changing!
Really are fantastic in-soles. I'm quite tall and heavy, was struggling with foot pain while I play various sports etc.
Some wide toe-box, zero-drop shoes and these insoles have literally fixed my feet.
I get up every day without foot pain and was struggling with it for 5 years.
Can't recommend enough!

I have plantar fasciitis and a heel spur, and STRYDA insoles have been great. Took a couple of days to adjust, but I highly recommend them.

Plantar Fasciitis pain gone
I have Plantar Fasciitis from wearing Birkenstocks, I had stryda cork innersoles in my lace up shoes all day as a teacher assistant and no pain that night when I took my shoes off. Awesome insoles.

Have had foot pain for over 6 months…

Relief at last

I followed the advice and gradually wore them in, which I highly recommend. What a brilliant product!

Absolutely love this Jenelle! We have a Barefoot Slim version that is our slimmest and a new model coming out soon to pair with our new designs of shoes improving upon this area even more!
These are much better insoles than the soft or even hard foam ones I've purchased before
The insoles are so well made. I use them in my Gum Boots on 9hr shifts at work. They took 3-5 days to get used to but are working extremely well. Will probably get another 2 or 3 pairs as backup for when the original pair wears out.

Your experience really encapsulates why STRYDA soles are truly different, we don't do soft foamy insoles as they sell an illusion of relief and comfort but actually cause more strain to your intrinsic foot muscles especially for 9 hour shifts.

Just 2 days in with the Stryda insoles. Amazing how they absorb all the impact from the bottom of my feet. I have been struggling with plantar fasciitis for a very long and have spent so much on different types of shoes and insoles. Gadgets to exercise my feet. I still feel a tiny bit of pain but the improvement is so much better!

I got their toe spacers
I got their toe spacers. I asked before buying what the difference was between their toe spacers and Correct Toes' ones. They took like 10 days to respond, and the response avoided the question. Anyway, I decided to give them a try. I'm pretty sure they bought them from Temu and sold them to me at triple the price. They came in the most generic plastic bag, nothing "Stryda" about them.

Hey Javier, I can assure you, our toe spacers are of a premium level of quality, ie. medical grade silicone composite. The cheap ones you see on Temu have a different profile and often, cheaper and unregulated plastics are used.
