Overall this company processes and products are great. The only thing that I’d suggest is partnering with local labs for blood work. But this a been a very good experience I’m satisfied

I didn't authorize a second shipment
I didn't authorize a second shipment. Their refund policy is you have to cancel more than 48 hours before it ships. They didn't notify me they'd be billing me or sending me the shipment until about 30 hours before it was due to arrive.
Customer support is non existent. They won't respond to anything. There's no phone number listed.
I never authorized this shipment. There's no way to cancel it. When I signed up I agreed to one shipment. Now it's locked me into a subscription that has no way to cancel without contacting customer support, which will not respond and has no phone number.
Their entire business model is built around trapping you and making it impossible to cancel.

This company is an absolute fraud
This company is an absolute fraud
The product doesn't work at all. Although I choose a one but now they are saying that I subscribed bollocks!. I tried the one email I could find in their deceptive web sites and my cancellation request could not be delivered by Google. My account on their website could not be found. Finally I found the Rx order number and a new email. I was told they don't issue refunds. They sent me the product again and charge my credit card again for a larger amount.

Terrible company!
Terrible company!! I cancelled my subscription TWO TIMES before they stopped charging me and shipping product. I demanded a refund and even showed them when I cancelled and they refused!!
Cheap Generic Drug
They use a cheaper generic drug. They automatically enroll you in renewals. They make it impossible to cancel the automatic enrollment.

Unhappy with Product & Customer Service
TLDR: Medications quality is questionable & expensive; Poor customer service has lead to unwanted purchase.
I suffer from hair loss and have been on preventative medication for several years. Prior to using Strut I had a prescription with another online pharmacy for finasteride. When I noticed that Strut was distributing dutasteride, marketed as a “stronger” and potentially “more effective” finasteride, I decided to switch to them as my provider. I used Struts oral Dutasteride formula for a little under two years.
Over this time, I began to notice that my hair was getting unhealthy (fragile & broken ends), wispy, and even thinner. Giving Strut the benefit of the doubt, I initially assumed it was an issue with me (I.e. hair loss simply become to aggressive for prevention). However, upon looking further into the issue I ended up discovering that the dutasteride formula used by Strut is questionable. I won’t get into the details since I’m not qualified nor knowledge on the subject, but the gist is that Struts chosen vehicle delivery is at best suboptimal and at worst demonstrably ineffective. (Details about this can be found on the hairlosstalk forum under a post titled “Testing Strut Health's Dutasteride Formula”. Apparently Strut acknowledged this oversight and stated that there formula is a “work in progress”. But that is all supposed, so take it with a grain of salt. Regardless, I have only received the “questionable” powdered formula.)
I’ve since gotten a new prescription for generic dutasteride. It’s only been a few months but my hair is noticeably healthier—my hair line and crown is no longer wispy, nor do I develop split ends at a rapid pace. But more importantly than that, this new prescription is significantly cheaper than dutasteride—for what I pay for a 3 month supply is less than what I would pay for a month with Strut.
All that said, the biggest complaint I have is that Strut is not cooperating with me to cancel my subscription. I do not receive responses from the customer service when I ask for a cancellation, and because of this I have to manually delay (and constantly recheck). Due to my own fault of not properly delaying, I had to purchase an automatic refill—these are non-refundable (and again, expensive!). I can’t stress enough that this is my fault for not delaying the refill but I shouldn’t have to worry about suspending an unwanted prescription—I should be able to cancel it.
Misrepresented Services Offered
I signed up for enclomiphene therapy with Strut. I completed the intake, and a doctor reviewed my medical information and approved me for treatment. Their website states they ship to all 50 states as of June 2024. Well, imagine my surprise when they emailed me to say they don't ship to my state. I am still waiting for my refund. This business is a complete scam. The doctor who reviewed my information was simply listed as "Dr. Patel" with no identifying information (healthcare providers are legally supposed to introduce themselves). They provided no comprehensive education about what was prescribed.
PROBLEMS WITH CANCELLATION AND REFUND.
I would recommend to be very care for placing any order with this company. The company on its website mentions that orders can be cancelled anytime by a cancellation email to company's email id.
I wanted to cancel one of my subscriptions and sent them two back to back emails. The company kept on sending the product to me for three months. I have a lot of stuff going on and could not reach the company. After the third supply I contacted the company and inquired about why I was getting the refills. They company replied that they haven't gotten any email from me. I sent them the copy of my emails with their email id. They confirmed that the email id was correct but insisted that they haven't received the emails. I demand my money but they said that this was not their policy to return the money for products that had been dispatched.
I have complained to Business Bureau and the company agreed to refund for one refill.
The cost of the refills in not something I care for but I do care for the business ethics and the lack of ownership of their irresponsibility.
SO MY ADVISE IS "BE CAREFUL AND TRY SOME OTHE COMANY."
Fraudulent Business Practices
This company tried to change my prescription after 3 months of treatment and also tried to raise the price. Both are shown in the attached image. They tried to scam me with the higher price and different subscription. Basically it was a bait and switch. Now the time and money I spent using a product that won’t get to complete the treatment is lost. I expect a full refund of my money. I asked them to change my sub back and they chose to not do so. This matter needs to be checked by the Federal Trade Commission. It is clearly fraudulent.
Placed an order on the 19th I was…
Placed an order on the 19th I was supposed to receive a lab kit which their site says take 5 days at most to arrive. 10 days went by and I reached out to customer care and they stated they had no trace of my order despite me having an order number that they gave me and being charged by them and having all of my order details on the dashboard on their site. I went back and forth with customer care when one of the agents insulted me stating my card declined. I called my bank to verify this transaction and my bank verified that 80 bucks was deducted from my account by Strut Health. I chalked up my experience with them to a loss of 80 bucks as it's too frustrating dealing with their so called customer care team. I never received what I paid for and instead received insults from their customer agents. Buyer beware I ended sourcing what I needed elsewhere.
Customer service trash
Ordered a kit which arrived on time, something went wrong so they asked me to order a replacement kit. Ordered the kit and have been waiting for weeks and it has not arrived.
When you call them it just sends you to voicemail. When you message the physician it takes 10 days to get a response….
Customer service is abysmal….
Found their customer service to be…excellent
Found their customer service to be excellent. Medical staff answered my initial questions; orders easy and product delivered on time - even helped me resolve the one delivery issue that happened (not their fault).
As far as the product itself goes - no complaints. It has helped me recover some hair loss that I had experienced in the past year after using another treatment from somewhere else...
The company says you can cancel at…
The company says you can cancel at anytime as long as 48 hours prior to next shipment. The customer care site is a non functioning page and if you call there is a message that the message bank is full and hangs up! All roads lead to help are dead end. My next call is to the better business bureau.this is fraudulent advertising

This overpriced tiny bottle of "scream cream" did absolutely nothing. It did arrive to me quickly. However, what good does that do me when the product is worthless
Great effort for order and delivery

But it still some expensive
Deceiving
I ordered the O cream, which did not do a thing for me. I was fully aware that effects are different for everyone. My issue is that no where on their website (as of 9/5/23) does it indicate that you will automatically be shipped a refill. I placed an order on 8/5 and it was shipped out on 8/6, received on 8/9. On 8/30, I received an email stating that they are processing a refill. When I emailed them asking for a refund on the refill that I did not order, they refused. I told them that their website does not indicate anything about refills. On the "how it works tab" they tell you the whole process for ordering- steps 1-3, refills are not indicated anywhere in those steps. The FAQ section also does not indicate this. The website says "transparent pricing" $49 for a 12 ml tube. It does not say $49 every month. On my account it only showed an order from 8/5 and no recurring refills to even be able to cancel. So not only did the product do nothing, they are keeping my money.
Very expensive
Products always received in good quality and on time. The process from signup to prescription to shipment is relatively straightforward. Compared to some of their direct competitors their pricing is on par or better. Compared to larger competitors like Amazon their prices seem sky high even when considering writing prescriptions is added into the cost of the product. For a company that prescribes dirt cheap generic drugs and with larger competitors entering the space they are beginning to represent a poor value proposition and I will take my business elsewhere.
The O cream does not work
The O cream does not work, and they will continue to email you forever despite unsubscribing over and over.
Topical Dutasteride does NOT work. Don’t waste your money
I’d give them 1 star for the product itself, but I’ll give them 2 stars for making everything very easy, and being fairly responsive when you need support
The prescription was easy to obtain and shipped to my house in no time
I’ve been on the topical Dutasteride for several months now, and my hair has actually gotten thinner.. not thicker
I’ll probably finish up these last 2 bottles I have, and if I still have no results… I’ll probably give up on strut health entirely.
Lots of money wasted, and I honestly don’t think topical Dutasteride works at all for anyone
I was unable to find any reviews online about topical Dutasteride specifically, so I wrote this one
I would probably save your money and try something else tbh
I started treatment on July 9, 2022. Today is thanksgiving day (November 24, 2022).
So basically it’s been about 6 months (which on paper, is enough time to see results), but all I’ve noticed is that my hair keeps getting thinner and thinner
I’m not sure if it’s naturally shedding this fast due to genetics, or if the medication itself is causing the shedding
For what it’s worth, shedding is a natural process that should be expected with this medication
It works by pushing out old weak hair to make room for new stronger regrowth.
However… I have not gotten any new hair growth, and only lost hair since being on the medication
I used to not need hair fibers for my thinning, but since being on this medication… I’ve needed hair fibers to hide my bald spots. I have diffuse thinning so it’s worked so far
I’ll probably give up and shave it as soon as my prescription is gone, because it costs a lot of money for zero results, and zero guarantee on the actual product from Strut Health
It sucks because I really had a lot of faith and wanted to like Strut. I truly believe it would work, but it just hasn’t, and I’ve wasted way too much money on something that’s just not going anywhere
Customer Service Meh
Can't comment on product effectiveness yet, but I wanted to review their customer service. I ordered their Women's Hair Loss topical solution. Great website with lots of info. Easy to order by answering health questions and uploading photos and such. Their website said I'd hear back from the doctor quickly, and they often shipped within 1-2 business days, although there may be shipping delays despite them sending it 2 day mail.
They were the only online option I found for the product I wanted, topical Finasteride without propylene glycol prescribed to a women of childbearing age. My dermatologist prescribed topical Minoxidil + Finasteride, but my scalp reacted to something in it, and Google tells me it was most likely the propylene glycol, so I searched for an alternative without it.
I ordered 05/26. It was approved by a doctor on 05/31, who said it would ship in 1-2 business days. By 06/09 I still hadn't heard anything, so I contacted them. Customer service said they needed details on what I wanted, even though I said so when I ordered by answering all the check boxes. Worst of all, they didn't contact me, I had to contact them! Who knows how long it would have taken. After several back and forth e-mails answering the same questions I had previously, on 06/11 they said my order was updated and would be made at the compounding pharmacy. Then it shipped 06/15, Fedex 2 day. It was delayed several times and arrived 06/22. When I ordered I had expected to receive it in 1-2 weeks at most, but that was 4 weeks. So long in fact that the website said they were going to ship my next month's supply the following week, if I hadn't logged in to put it on hold. I guess they go by order date, not ship date.
Not sure if they will send an e-mail before they ship or if you need to remember to put it on hold or cancel if you desire.
Their website before you order is great, but the account log in part is disappointing. The chat goes to the doctor, who gave me a customer service e-mail address. It doesn't have details on what info you gave the doctor, the formulation you requested (what ingredients and strengths), or quantity you ordered (regular, or double for a 50% price increase, which I did, planning to delay orders to every 2 months as it's cheaper, although a double order is designed for 2x a day application).
I wouldn't have used them if it wasn't my best option. Thankfully I already see a dermatologist for hair loss. Although Strut asks about your health, meds, hair loss, etc, and use U.S. doctors, I'm not super confident in their medical review. Despite me having a complicated medical history and numerous medications, they didn't ask me any follow up questions, or any cautions beyond the standard. Plus they allow the patient to request what medication and strength they want. I have a feeling they spend very little time on each review, and only deny if there is a big red flag.
