While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Scammers!

They send a totally different shirt than what I ordered AND changed the photo on my order! It is cheap, cheap material and NOT a sweatshirt as pictured. I have requested a refund but all I get back are solicitations to order "before they runout." HA! Like I'd order from the scammers again! If I don't hear from them I'm reporting them to the BBB

The product is impressive and unique

The product is impressive and unique! Our team has found that the assistant does a great job keeping leads engaged and that instant communication is key! We were not expecting the conversations to be as intricate as they are - it even responds to off the wall comments with success! Setup took a little work since I use a less common CRM, but their customer service helped me out every step of the way. I haven't been the most tech-savvy customer, but they don't seem to mind. They continue to answer my silly questions over and over. I have already recommended them to colleagues who enjoy the service as well.

Liked the product but did not like they…

Liked the product but did not like they customer service at Structurely. Dont get me wrong, the folks are nice and proper but are very limited with time to resolve technical issues and do not have flexibility; therefore, I cancelled my account as a result of this issue. They system also needs several improvements with intergrations with CRMs.

Structurely was my missing link

Adding structurely has been a huge upgrade to my business. They have increased both the amount of leads that have responded as well as the amount of conversions.
