Run! Run! The service was not good.
I am very disappointed with my experience. The company was contracted to resurface my driveway with 3 inches of asphalt, but the work does not appear to have been completed as promised. Within days of the installation, grass began growing through the new surface, which immediately raised concerns about the quality of the work.
I contacted the company to report the issue and was told they were ill but would come out within a few days to inspect the driveway. An appointment was scheduled for September 5, 2026, but no one showed up, and I never received a phone call or any follow-up communication.
Since then, I have made several attempts to contact them. The phone number I was previously using now plays a message indicating that calls are no longer being accepted. Whether the number has been disconnected or my calls have been blocked, I have been unable to reach anyone from the company.
I am sharing my experience in the hope that it helps others make an informed decision. The contract I signed also included two seal coating applications, but based on my experience so far, I have little confidence that this commitment will be honored.
Another concern arose before the work even began. Although I was told I would pay once the job was completed, the owner repeatedly asked my wife for payment immediately upon arrival, before any work had started. When I spoke with him, I reminded him that payment would be made after the job was completed, as we had agreed. Looking back, I am grateful that I did not pay upfront.
Unfortunately, the quality of the work, the lack of follow-up, and the complete breakdown in communication have left me feeling misled and dissatisfied. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
