I have been waiting for almost 5 days…
I have been waiting for almost 5 days for a product i purchased from this company to ship. I reached out to customer support and was told the items are back ordered and to expect it to take several weeks. No where on their website did it state the items in question were on back order. I see other reviewers on here have had similar results and the generic response is " were working on a notification system" at this point if the items in question don't ship out ina relatively soon time frame I'll be likely to cancel my order and take my business elsewhere. I get things can become back ordered but you at least need to send a email or have it on your website.

Would Highly Recommend
Would highly recommend. I ordered what I thought was a Feniex Quad rear interior lightbar, which is what the website showed however when I received it the lightbar was a quantum. I did call and talk with Strobes N More and after speaking with them they removed this product from there site and paid for the upgrade from single to trio colors for me. This was a $200 up charge. As mentioned in our previous communications, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by receiving the wrong product. The Feniex Quad has been replaced with the Feniex Quantum 2.0. We initially believed the Quad was still available for order through Feniex, but we’ve since learned that they no longer have any stock.
We did offer to take the interior bar back and resolve the issue, but unfortunately, we did not receive a response from you. Again, we truly regret the mistake, and please note that all Quad items that are no longer available have been removed from our website.

It is refreshing to have the ability and experience to get your vendor of choice on the phone to discuss your needs. Our orders are for the purpose of purchasing emergency vehicle lighting, though I would gladly utilize them for installations if I were in their area.
Finally, their rewards program is a great way to obtain quality products, while pricier than some others, at a discount by ordering through them. You get what you pay for in this market; and so far, I am very happy with the products I have received to date and are looking forward to my next shipment to arrive.

Your return policy needs reviewing and…
Your return policy needs reviewing and you need to not advertise your speakers with a PA microphone if the speakers don't work with a microphone. See your ad online for the WSS30. It shows a photo of a speaker with a microphone. Guess what? That speaker isn't compatible with a microphone or PA system. I purchased the correct one (WSSPA30) from your company prior to returning the WSS30. I was disappointed to say the least that yall dont allow returns if the box is opened. The speaker was never used since it wasn't compatible. And how is someone supposed to assess what is sent to them without opening the box??? That makes no sense.
I emailed and never heard back. I followed up with a phone call and received no more than "well, that's our policy".
