Best customer service ever!
Although the gear didn't fit quite right, the customer service was INCREDIBLE. I've never received such personal and great communication from a brand like this and I was so impressed. They offered me an extended time frame before returning, so I could receive the Cyber Monday discount even though I was out of country and couldn't try on for 20+ days. They always messaged me back immediately and were super helpful when I ended up needing to return my items. Would absolutely recommend them again, and I'm planning to try some other styles in the future too.

Would recommend!
Couldnt find much info about the brand so I was a bit suspicious. However, package arrived within 2 days and my new snowpants have been great. Used them for 2 weeks so far and I am very happy with my experience. They have kept me warm in -30 in Canada.
