Our Law Firm Found Sucess with the AI Receptionist

Our law firm looked into a Voice AI receptionist to focus on our after-hours call handling and calls we are unable to answer during business hours. This was important to us because we had realized how many calls we were missing outside of business hours, and we wanted every call to be answered. The way we use the Voice AI receptionist to book a call with our intake specialist during business hours, this has worked great for us, and during the first month, we got 3 clients from the after-hours AI receptionist calls. We would recommend this to other law firms; it has a more personal touch than other prerecorded messages, and the AI bot learns easily and can help more people in our area.
