I like how it isn’t lagging or anything it’s very smooth and nice even has dark mode , I love that so much

Stay far away from this firm they can’t even have a stable platform to trade on 🤣 do not touch them.

Customer support has been quick and responsive. If you want options instead of futures and forex then this is the place to be. If you go all the way to live you get your evaluation fee refunded. The website is new and bugs here and there but they fix them and make good on everything.

They may have some issues here and there because they are still new but once you alert them the issues solve very quickly other than that I love how this prop firm is working. Still trying out but if anyone is interested, you should give it a try

I've been using Strix for a few weeks now and although it can be difficult sometimes I must say this is one of the best fundeds I have used. I love the live data, I love the rules, I love how you can copy accounts. It has everything get it NOW.

The customer service is extraordinary. I have had two issues. One completely my fault - they offered a generous compromise. The second one was questioning a process - they made me whole. I would fully recommend.

I have only been using Strix for a week or 2 but so far it has been good. They have one of the best staff and customer support out there, super-fast to fix errors, and make things right for their traders. That being said, they are new, and some errors do happen (that they have again fixed instantly) but just basics like a ticker that they had it in their universe wouldn't display options for me to trade. Also, occasional disconnections during trading use to happen to me, I think they fixed that for the most part as well. But all errors are relatively small, and constantly being fixed and updated, which is really good in my opinion. I definitely think over the next weeks/months once they work out all their kinks, it will truly be very nice to use.
